  Nice Hotel to Escape the City Life and Explore Zhouzhuang Old Town

  Stayed in the hotel with friend and the family. Enjoyed the local and fusion foods in the Chinese restaurant. The breakfast runs late and we could have a nice late breakfast while trying local noddle and freshly brewed soy bean milk. Room is clean, well designed with good view. It's pity that we could not walk around the hotel to see the nice surroundings because of the rain.

  Great Hotel with great service

  Small hotel in an amazing scenary. Service is very kind in a top design environment. Breakfast was generous and fresh. Rooms was clean and quite new. Overall a great escape for a week end with family. There is a shuttle to the water city which is actually very close. Do not miss also the swans!

  Nice Hotel with Nice Service

  Of course, there were coordinating flaws in this hotel. At first, our 3rd night wasn't arranged which caused us difficulties. However, Zora, that receptionist, was so kind and sincere! She helped us select a satisfying executive room on her own initiative. During this trip, unfortunately, we met the pneumonia which made the restaurant unable to sell raw food (sashimi, etc.). Luckily, this hotel provided free face masks every day which could be used for 2h. Hand sanitizer was also available everywhere. To sum up, a happy experience! Recommended!

  A Delightful Stay

  A group of us, five families occupying five rooms, stayed at Pullman Zhouzhuang for four days. In general, we had a pleasurable stay. The overall service exceeded our expectation. Staff at the front desk are responsive and understanding. Housekeeping staff at the executive floor, Huimin, is warm and friendly. Last, but not least, special praise to Beko and Hubery at the buffet restaurant, who are sincere and diligent. They put in extra effort to satisfy our requests on various occasions. The Chinese restaurant, however, is a let down. Food is average, and service standard is sub-par. We believe most of them were temporary staff as they didnt quite know what to do when we placed orders and made requests. Our friends were very disappointed.

  Best Hotel in Zhouzhuang

  I booked a 1-night stay with breakfast at Pullman Zhouzhuang. I was served by their Asst Front Office Manager, Mr Peter Ma, who spoke perfect English. Upon my request, he agreed to a room upgrade since it was off-peak season and rooms were available. Checking in was quick and hassle-free. He offered to get a Porter to bring my luggage up to my room but I politely declined since I didn't have lots of luggages. Mr Ma advised me against driving to Zhouzhuang Watertown because it's cheaper paying for the taxi ride 2-way (about RMB20) than the parking charges (RMB10/hr) there, assuming I'd be spending more than 2 hours there. The room was big, clean and comfortable. There was a wide variety of western and Chinese dishes for the buffet breakfast. Besides Mr Ma, I would also like to compliment another front desk staff, David. David spoke English too and he was certainly very kind and helpful. I would definitely return to Pullman Zhouzhuang again and recommend it to everybody!
