  Great location and service

  To save time for anyone trying to make travel plans, Ill spare the pleasantries and focus on what my wife and I liked about our stay. - directly ski from the resort up to the door of the condos - ski lockers on site - exceptionally friendly staff on site that are willing to help out or provide guidance as needed - free shuttles to and from the condos to a plethora of sites, including in to town and back - 5 min walk to Gondola Square - daily coffee in the lobby - garaged parking as part of stay - comfortable room with full kitchen and 1.5 bath (for our 1 bedroom) - on site quarter operated washer/dryers for extended stays - VERY short walk to local grocer and a couple of restaurants

  Loved it - not cheap

  My wife and I stayed here in early March 2019. Its a ski in / ski out that seems either new or certainly well maintained. The front desk staff were MORE than helpful to a couple of out of towners. The property has a garage which is nice since we had fresh snow nearly every day of the trip. The place isnt cheap, but there are a lot of amenities that you get for the price. The Wild Plum grocery is a VERY short walk, as is Gondola Square so meals are easy if you dont want to cook a home made meal yourself. WiFi and cable were available.

  Great location

  This smaller lodging facility was perfect for my ski trip. The one bedroom condo was spacious and had a balcony. It was a little dated but still well appointed. The location is outstanding with easy ski/out slope access. You can also easily walk to gondola square. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. There is easy parking either in an underground garage or right outside the building. The hot tub area was closed due to covid but it appeared very nice. The only downside of this property is that its locked in on all sides by other properties so dont expect a view. We had a corner unit that had a teeny view but otherwise I dont think youll see much out your unit.

  Basic but comfortable

  We were in unit 15. This one bedroom two bath condo is very convenient to everything. The washer/dryer is a nice feature and the kitchen is very well stocked. We enjoyed our week here. We would give it 5 stars if it had a better view other than the parking lot. Also the sofa in the family room really needs to be replaced. When you sit on it you slide downward as the cushions are at an angle which makes watching tv and relaxing at the end of the day difficult. The ski out is actually walk out a couple hundred feet uphill. Ski in is ok. The condo could use better lighting and some updates but its comfortable.

  DO NOT BE FOOLED

  While this property is in a great location, that is it's only redeeming quality. Do not be fooled by website photos which depict a bright space. The building was constructed in the 1970's and little if any updating has occurred. The unit is very poorly lit and ill equipped with dull knives and no cutting board. The kitchen utensils and pots seem as though the entire lot was purchased at a garage sale. See the below picture showing the filth under the sofa upon arrival. One would think that after stopping by the front desk twice to mention the lack of cleaning that housekeeping would correct this but they did not. Do not believe the description which states an en suite bathroom in what is considered the master bedroom - it opens to the living room. The plunger sitting next to the toilet upon arrival suggests an ongoing issue with that toilet - and there is definitely one in this unit. The toilet had to be plunged with each use and overflowed twice onto the floor. Maintenance came twice in one day to fix the toilet but could not. We were told a plumber would be called and the front desk would communicate with us regarding the plumber - we received no such communication. The shower curtains are old, disgusting and stained. What little light there is in the bathroom is blocked leaving one to shower in near dark. PLEASE, do not waste your money staying in Ptarmigan #10 - there are many, many better places.
