    Everything posted on the internet is fake, a fool. We arrived to the room and it was very dirty. In addition, the soaps were open and used. The air conditioning does not work. We told to the owners that we wanted to leave, but they made us a proposal, giving us a new room. This second room, was worst than the first one.

    Nightmare

    Unconfortable. Central heating switched off. Extra napkins not considered. Never more. Very low management profile. Staff complitely inappropriate. People crying during the night in the room close to ours. Impossible to sleep. Parking not available.

    Worst experience ever

    As we we entered the hotel the staff was unfriendly and rough. We called to ask for a triple room and nobody would communicate in English so when we arrived to ask they wanted us to pay for an entire separate room! They were not accommodating and used fowl language as they yelled at us screaming do what you want in your country but in our country you do what we say! And told us to get out of their place leaving three women with no where to stay... they were disgusting to us and still charged us for the room instead of canceling it so we could find a new place to accommodate the three of us. The WiFi barely worked and i had to beg the ppl in the gas station to help me find a taxi and help me find a new place to stay. Scariest situation ever!!! The lady and the man who i believe are the owners made us feel horrible and we almost ended our vacation in Europe early because we were mortified. We felt threatened and feared for our safety! He threatened to call police on us and all we wanted was a room that could accommodate three women. Prior to arriving there we were in Paris and Nice and had the best experiences ever so we were shocked to deal with what we went through. They were completely wrong and strong and would not bend and assist in making our stay comfortable they did not care! They wouldnt give us a chance... they demanded we buy a second room in stead of adding a third person, which every other hotel had done for us prior in Paris and Nice. They were all about the money they could care less about the patrons! DO NOT STAY THERE YOU WILL SUFFER!!!

    Run a mile.... quickly

    Easily the most unpleasant and overpriced hotel stay in my recent 4 month trip. We had not pre booked our room but there was availability when we walked it. Once we had paid, we began to bring in our luggage. I travel with a very expensive triathlon bike (Im a professional athlete) and reception aggressively refused to allow me to store my bike in the room. (Meanwhile... the hotel accepts animals in the rooms). Fair enough... its their hotel... but they then refused to give us a refund to allow us to go elsewhere with my bike. Never before has a hotel refused to allow my bike in the room. The hotel itself was clean but very basic, had zero ambience and several of the staff were rude. It was not even worth half of what we paid. Do not waste your money.

    Unwelcoming behaviour to tourists

    This hotel was unsatisfactory at every level from the instant I stepped into it. The rude behaviour of the owners, uncaring, arrogant, defensive. Little/no Internet (he told me it was due to my having an iphone - it was my problem). The room was filled with mold on the ceiling. I already changed the room (from very dark to hot and too light). No airconditioning and defensive and arrogant about not providing that. The owners of this hotel take the money but forget they are providing a service which I am led to feel safe, healthy, secure and comfortable. None of these were met and I witnessed the trouble another young lady was having at the reception. They refused to give her another room and she was complaining of the bad smell. Their attitude was it was the customer's fault. Don't bother withthis hotel, I have travelled to Italy many times, there are others and Ventimiglia is not a place for the average tourist.
