  Excellent service and Awesome Food

  Excellent service and Awesome Food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely clean and comfortable. Will recommend it to anyone. They are o the ball with covid 19 regulations. Rooms are equipped with everything you need.

  ANEW Ingeli Forest Resort

  Such a beautiful area. Very peaceful. And layed back environment. Beautiful room and stunning well kept garden. Food was amazing. Surprisingly no aircon needed there. The restuarant area feels like being at home. *special tip...ALWAYS bring a jacket....gets cold at night.

  Absolutely worth while!!!!!!

  After seeing the resort we immediately booked a night extra. We even got a upgrade which was very welcome. Even though all the accommodations at the resort are stunning. The staf could not be more pleasant. Absolutely hospitable.

  Value for money but service is lacking.

  I found this hotel by accident and felt their online specials were worth giving it a try. It is charming and clean and has some fun family activities to enjoy. We did have some challenges with our reservation and room however and we felt their guest recovery and lack of management follow up was not good. Our issues included having to ask several times for a cot to be placed in our room for our toddler after having confirmed this request by phone and email prior to arrival. On check in (2pm) I was advised that the request hadnt been processed but they would arrange a cot right away. Three hours later (5pm) the cot had still not arrived which prompted another visit to reception and another complaint which only then resulted in the cot being delivered. Earlier, we ordered 2 toasted sandwiches for lunch. We were advised that they would take about 30 minutes. They took over 90 minutes to arrive and the order was wrong and was served cold. Sammy who delivered them apologised and advised that we would not be charged yet at check out the items were still on the bill. After relating my story to the receptionist she did remove the charge. We did not have hot water in our room and tried to call reception but the phones didnt work so had to walk to reception to complain in person. The receptionist advised that all the lines were down. The maintenance team did sort out the hot water issue quickly. Finally trying to make a dinner reservation was comical. We went to the restaurant in the afternoon trying to book a table for that night. The barman next door to the restaurant called the chef to help us and he told us we had to book at the hotel reception so we went to the hotel reception and the receptionist told us we could only book in the restaurant and that we had to go back to the restaurant. All in all considering our very short stay there were a lot of problems and despite me registering at least four of my issues at reception, I did not encounter any manager nor did anyone follow up if our issues had been resolved nor did anyone ask for feedback when I checked out. It is unlikely I will stay here again.

  An exceptional experience for us a couple and whole family

  I had an amazing time, been wanting to come for years and couldn't , will definitely come back again. had my photoshoot in the forest , the picnic basket delivered was a nice touch , the care to detail from your staff, the chef making special dishes for my little fussy eaters and they ate all the food and enjoyed , it was amazing.
