  Staff friendly

  The staff was so friendly and very helpful. The room cleaners made sure we had even we needed. There is not a pool so that was a bummer but the beds are SO comfortable. It was a very pleasant stay. Room was large for all our ski gear which I loved.

  Awful

  Run down. Burning hot. Disgusting. Refused to clean our room. Its just gross overall. Do not go here. If its coronavirus still, just know you wont have a clean room. I wish I could get a full refund. Please stay anywhere else.

  Our Juneau Vacay

  The girls at the desk when we arrived we friendly and very helpful. We stayed 7 days. Was a little warm in the room a few nights but not unbearable with windows open and fan provided in room. I mean come on no hotels in Juneau have A/C. Room was spacious and clean on arrival. We asked that our room not be cleaned. We just ask for things we needed as we needed them. Overall this is a nice place to lay your head after a day filled with adventuring. Beds are comfortable and love the pillows. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and all the insights on things to do. You are appreciated

  Excellent stay

  This hotel was top notch from start to finish! The staff at check-in was very friendly & even had treats for our 3 dogs. They were very attentive to our needs & quick to respond whenever we called. On-site laundry was a little expensive but very convenient. VERY pet friendly with large, clean rooms. On-site restaurant had WONDERFUL breakfast. This hotel met EVERY one of our needs with FANTASTIC costumer service!

  Excellent service

  We received excellent service from the on-the-ball front desk staff here. They have been friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They learned our kids' names and always made a fuss over us. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!
