  Excellent customer service

  My dad is a VIP here and comes down several times a year. In fact we came to this hotel the first year it opened when I was a kid. My husband and i contacted Iryna to see about a room from Thursday to Sunday Valentines Day weekend for our daughter 16th birthday. She was amazing and really took care of us and helped me reserve a room and made sure we were well taken care of. We had an oceanfront room which was just amazing. Front desk Peyton was super nice and made us feel welcomed. The concierge (the bell hop) was so sweet and helped load up the cart and unload the cart in our room. Im sorry I didnt catch his name. He helped us when we arrived and when we departed. The hotel is going through renovations but it looks great so far with what has been done and service is superior. Thank you again Iryna for all your help and we will reach out again soon. We highly recommend the Princess.

  My new home at Ocean City Md

  My friends and I stayed at the 3 bedroom condo at the Princess Royale. It was absolutely beautiful and it was immaculate. It was the first time that we stayed at a hotel and felt totally relaxed and werent worried about using anything in the room. 2 of the bedrooms had doors that lead right out to the deck. It was nice waking up in the morning and opening the doors to an ocean front. There is also a full size refrigerator, a wine cooler with temperature controls for both red and white wine. It had all the essentials such as a full size clothes washer and dryer, cups, dishes, coffee maker, etc. As soon as we walked into the hotel we were greeted with smiles and desk clerks who were extremely helpful. Everyone we met in this hotel had a smile on their face and said hi to us. As soon as we entered the room we saw a beautiful dining room. Then to our surprise we saw we had a huge master bedroom with a walk in shower and a jacuzzi tub. The management team was also very welcoming to us and made us feel at home also. During Covid we have had some bad experiences with other hotels as far as following Covid protocols, but this place has a sticker on the door as a seal and it lets you know it was throughly cleaned. If you are looking for a friendly, clean, comfortable place to stay, especially during Covid, this is the place to stay. I think this place will be our new home when we visit Ocean City Md from now on. The pictures are what I saw from the bedroom deck door.

  We received the "Royale" treatment

  First class facility! Can't say enough about out stay. The room was spotless, the staff super friendly and courteous and what a view! Oceanfront 3 bedroom condo...beautiful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated and maintained. I would highly recommend the Princess Royale to both family stays or just a getaway vacation. An abundance of amenities will make your trip here an enjoyable and memorable one as well. My new destination in Ocean City.

  True hospitality

  We had a very stressful 3 1/2 hour drive but upon arrival the level of customer service we received from super star Nirva, she made all of our stresses melt away. With employees like her it brings you back to when customer service was priority. She is top notch! She made our anniversary fantastic! We look forward to future stays due to the awesome interaction we had with Nirva. She is truly one of a kind.

  very nice place, but amenities lacking

  THE GOOD We had a clean, corner ocean viewing room. Staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Maintenance staff very responsive. Much better deck chairs than I find at most beach house rentals. THE ANNOYING Very few kitchen utensils, no cereal bowls! Refrigerator Ice maker was not working, and the hotel does not have and lobby ice machines. Maintenance man offered to bring a bag of ice When we were there the restaurant closed at 3 pm (off season) Dining room has uncomfortable plastic chairs that look like they came from WalMart From the pictures I had the false impression the atrium had some amenities like a restaurant Nope, just a swimming pool and lots of humidity. hour limit on using pool Luggage carries are hidden away Parking spaces are ridiculously tight, they must predate the SUV and minivan era
