  Nothing special, nice zone

  This hotel is a standard one ... nothing special ,nice room and Clean ,the restaurant is too expensive and the food is not so good . The zone where the hotel is located is a Good zone , shopping center and some restaurant very close . Medium Quality

  Everything is okie until I lost my ring in Princess Hotel

  I just spent 1 night in here, the room is clean, but next of my room is a constructing building, so, I was woken up by the noise from that building. I had left my silver ring at the bath room when I checked out, few hours later, I have called to look for the ring, but it was lost. Quite disappointed!

  Quite nice - would come back

  We quite enjoyed our stay here although it was only one night. The room was clean and the furniture was modern and in great condition. It took a few minutes to learn to operate the shower - this was my only issue with the room. The hotel staff were very courteous and customer service was great. We arrived without reservations, and the quoted price from the receptionist was $7 USD less than the prices per room advertised on the booking websites linked on Trip Advisor. Also, this hotel is not near the downtown area, and a few km from the airport, so you will need a taxi/scooter to get around. Overall, this hotel felt like it was trying to cater to Westerners by delivering a quality customer-focused experience. I'd definitely stay here again.

  simple and high quality

  It is the first time that i stayed in hai phong, not because i wanted but buy chance. Also the choice of princess hotel was by chance. Drive along hai phong to look for a nice hotel,so i found it! Happy to have made the right choice! Rooms are nice and large !shower room is okay too! Beds are comfortable! The brackfast room is good! If you come to hai phong,ì you choose this hotel you wont make a wrong choice. Me i will sure use it again.

  Oasis

  Right in between traditional Food outlets, Shops and Residential housing this Hotel is like an Oasis for Western Visitors. The Hotel Staff is very friendly, the Rooms are clean, the Lounge is also good and the Rooftop Bar and Pool is also great. Since the Building is 28 storeys high the view is also great.
