  Excelente lugar!

  Excelente hotel! Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la Medina. Muy buenas instalaciones! Equipo de animación súper simpático. Servicio de habitación muy bueno. La gente muy servicial y dispuesta a ayudar a los clientes del hotel. La comida del hotel fue muy buena y variada. Recomiendo el hotel con gusto!

  Second day here and I'm thinking I just spent 1300 Euros to be treated like s**t.The staff here is terrible,it's like you are annoying them if you want a simple coffe.They are rude,are making faces and speak about you in their language in your face,and simply throw your drink on the bar.I'm just enjoying a half spilled coffe,just because I asked for a glass of water more-cold water,not the hot one that he initially poured me.Oh my...they barely speak english,and are simply ignorant,but that's not the problem.Last night we complained to the management because they refused to serve my husbands drink like he wanted-half alcohol -half soda,and aftertl that,the bartender simply ignore us wherever we want to order.I think I can write a novel if I'm gonna tell you everything,and is just the second day.Hello management???Are you reading this?Are you willing to do something about it?To put it simply-aspect of the rooms and hotel-3 stars with indulgence,cleaning in the room-ok,spa-my only hope,it's ok,disgusting drinks,the food -ok I think,I'm not that picky,staff-worst ever.I'm sooo disapointed.I'l write a bad review everywhere I can,because they deserve it.This is surely my last time in Tunis.You want a great experience?Go to Egypy,there's no comparison,the people there make up for any inconvenient,trust me.I have some of the staff there in my friend list on facebook.

  no - professional staff, just sexual interest

  I was there with my woman and two children in October 2018. It was my first holiday in Tunisia. There were more things bad, I will write later. The biggest problem was with staff. I think when somebody came there and pay, they should be grateful and be loyal to clients, but this I didnt see anytime there. I am speaking mainly about waiters and members of animation group. You can see there how every time how they tried to tempt women. It seemed that they had a care just about it. Like a man you can came to bar, they no smile, but this is minimum of course, woman cames and immediately they are friendly and smile. I saw also like these people waited at night when women will getting drunk and they can take them to theirs room, fortunately the alcohol there is very poor (you can drunk 10 glasses of rum with cola and nothing happend to you). But back to the point. I saw two waiters like they were trying to take hands of one woman outside in front of swiming pool, but her friend took her away from them (take second hand). It was very comics to watch it from balcony, she went left, to right and 10 times before "she escaped away". I saw this at 2-3 o clock in the moring. I felt in this hotel like I was there for the personal, not they were not for me. Next experience. There is football ground, forget about you can play there just you and your friends, you have to use it just like organized entertainment via animation team. When I came 3 minutes late, the animation guy said me, that I can't play because they are even numbers, but he played. I think he should say, I will stop play, because you are a man who payed for holiday here, "I am at work", but nothing happended , so I have to wait when another tourist like me will need substitute. In this hotel just pancakes are good with chocolated, this I loved. Women be carefull.

  Excellent;)

  I spent 12 wonderful days at Primasol el Mehdi with my 7 year old daughter . We got a super room overlooking the sea with a big balcony. The hotel is spacious, the rooms are big enough. The food is various so everyone can find somethig for themselves. The pools are also ok - you can always find a free bed. The most I liked the beach which is long, large and the sand is almost white. The sea is clear;)) generally the surrondings are amazing - it is a perfect place to relax. If you want to have fun the wonderful group of animators will make your day. They are just superb - friendly, hardworking and talented. The are minidiscos for kids and shows for adults. During the day they also organise different games - there is a big choice. A Big applause for Sonia - the manager of entertaining group and also Sabri (a singer) Rayen (a cute smile) and Fadel (a trendy haircut) The song Mare and Lumea will always remind me the great time I spent there and I hope to return soon;)))

  Very good hotel

  A very nice hotel with beautiful beache and sea, also with beautiful pool, very nice room, the room service is also good, the food in the restaurant is delicious and various, also the bar service is great, animation team are kind and nice
