  Friendly helpful owner

  We stayed in cottage for five days and enjoyed a lot. Friendly helpful owner, good breakfast, nice atmosphere. You need vehicle to go around. We rented scooter from guesthouse. To Pai center is five minutes drive. Walking distance is amazing restaurant Earth Tone. Enjoyed peaceful Pai n good restaurants. Went one day for Lod cave trip included hot spring n Pai canyon at sunset. Trip was well worth of 500 baht. Mornings n nights were little chilly but daytime perfect. Prilpai had good blanket so didn't feel cold.

  Amazing owner. That deserves 10 stars

  The owner of the property is very nice caring and kind will help you out with everything and will go out of his way for his guests as he says you are staying at his 'home' and so it did feel this way the atmosphere here is very calm and homely and everyone smiles. The property is kept very clean and looked after the rooms are cleaned daily and fresh waters/ tissues provided. The outdoor shower is amazing and was used many times you have to wait five mins for it to heat up. We stayed in a wooden house which was lovely. A bit on the smaller side but was just what we needed. We hired a moped from the guesthouse for a great price of 200 THB a day and he does not hold onto your passport on our last day we were to check out and give back to the moped we did not have a bus back to Chiang Mai until 5, he let us have the moped until 4, he looked after our luggage and gave us a lift to the Pai bus stop all for FREE he would not accept the money from us. You will need a moped to get around unless you don't mind a long walk. This guesthouse is the best place we have stayed so far on our journey and after horrible people scamming us etc in Bangkok the owner has restored faith for us!! Please stay here!!!

  Lovely guesthouse

  Really happy with this place that we booked more nights than expected! It's so cheap for what you get, a high standard of bamboo hut which is unusual because usually they let all sorts of wildlife in! Warm shower, comfy bed with the best pillows!!! And really calm place to stay, the gardeners constantly clearing away leaves and working so hard to keep the place neat and tidy :) and they were very attentive when we were out the bins would be changed everyday, toilet roll stocked up and fresh water left for us. Overall ideal for what we wanted and very helpful kind staff, and the best part is the price!

  Beautiful stay

  Myself and my sister visited for one night and it was a lovely stay. The owner was very sweet and offered us a lift to the night market and dropped us back later with his wife as its a little distance from the centre. We were made to feel very welcome and the accomodation was comfortable. We would have stayed a night longer but we had arranged to meet friends. Thanks very much for having us :) xx

  Nice guesthouse.

  Prilpai is nice place with nice staff. They r so helpful and treat us as family member. If I plan to go to Pai ,I will back to prilpai again. Pai is beautiful places and you can roamaround by yrself. It may challenge you but it is not so difficult.
