  Services are not Value for Money

  Property is good but services are not at all satisfactory. No one is there to own the responsibility They may take care of you till booking but it was very hard for us to get the required & committed services.

  Thanks for a lovely stay

  This resort is rite opp to chownki Dhani. Very very spacious . 5 star for housekeeping and room service. These 2 department never say no to anyone. Reception guys are little confused but they are good. Spa is also good and they have a decent size pool. Beautiful place to stay. Now lets talk about village. On Friday night we visited chownki dhani , hell over crowded , took 30-40 mins to enter . Then another 50 mins waiting for food. But nicely made. Lots of things to do. On Saturday night we visited Ambers village. Very less crowded as everyone goes to chownki dhani. Their activities are limited but quality is same. You can relax / enjoy more here if you are really interested to see Rajasthani culture and relax. Staff here is great. I am sure that this place will give a good competition soon

  I had organized my sisters wedding at the resort. We had booked whole resort from 25/2/2020 - 27/2/2020 for the wedding. Frankly telling, this resort is no doubt best for wedding but also the whole resorts management and other staffs were very cooperative and understanding towards different activities we needed there help to organize at the resort. I like to mention few names of the staff to whom I encountered were very very cooperative, friendly and professional at the same time. First of all, many thanks to Mr. Bhupender Singh Shekhawat,Mr. Khemraj Singh Solanki, Mr. Balram Solanki and Mr. Kundan Adhikari (chef) who are part of the resorts management were a great help in making my sisters wedding successful. I like to suggest everyone who are reading this review that this resort is awesome for organizing weddings. Thanks a lot to the team Pride Amber vilas resort & spa.

  Unhygienic, Poor Ambiance & Poor Customer Service

  I have booked the venue for spending my stay and new year's eve celebrations (December 31, 2019). Considering the rating on Google as 4.2 and the pictures shared on various web portals, my expectations were very high, and I expected a decent experience. However, as I entered the allocated room, the sofas, linens, and washroom were not clean and unhygienic. At the reception, the tray in which water was served was not clean as well. The ambiance was poor. I was disappointed with the experience. While I checked in and paid for the new year's eve (which was not a constrain during my booking on agoda.com) but I didn't even stay for an hour. I spoke with the location manager (Bhupinder) and GM (Saket) on the same. They suggested another room, but the same hygienic problem was there. Both Bhupinder and Saket agreed to refund my new year's eve amount. Gopal from their finance team was also in touch with me. He acknowledged that the cheque has been created, and it will get deposited in the account details shared by me. It's been nine months now, and yet nothing has happened so far. The current COVID-19 situation emphasizes the importance of health protocols and hygiene conditions. I denied the stay because of the same. I understand it's a tough time but making someone wait for nine months with no response is the worst kind of customer service one can provide.

  Destination Marriage Venue

  I decided to have my destination wedding in Jaipur. Pride Amber Villas was a perfect place to have a destination wedding within a decent budget, unlike the exorbitant rates of the big palace cum hotels in Jaipur. It retains the feeling one expects from doing a wedding in Jaipur. The venue is beautiful and the food tastes really good. They have huts and haveli for accommodation, swimming pool for recreation, banquet halls and lawns for different functions. One can book the entire venue for marriage purposes. I wouldn't have asked for more from my wedding in Jaipur.
