  The prestige hotel

  This was a cute hotel. Very affordable! Close to a lot of restaurants and ice cream shop (a must in the summer) all within walking distance. Rooms are nice and spacious. Its got a nice indoor pool and hot tub. Also, has a big gym with lots of weights. Its 15 min drive to Invermere. Only complaint was there was only one girl running the entire hotel. So you would be waiting to be served at times. She did a good job though. The restaurant at the hotel is so good. Free parking at the hotel. Great for families!

  Just okay

  I was somewhat disappointed in my stay at the Prestige. First the positive, breakfast at the hotel was decent and the room was a good size, but with a parking lot view. Now onto the not so great, The pillows were not comfortable, bed okay. Just glad to be on the quiet side of the hotel. However, there was no coffee nor any cups whatsoever in the room. When I called down I was told that they used to serve coffee in the lobby, but do not anymore because of COVID 19. They did not have coffee makers for all the rooms. I waited on the phone for the front desk agent to suggest a solution, but none came, not even an offer that I could pick up coffee in the restaurant in the morning. Coffee makers are cheap, please buy them for all rooms and provide coffee or tea service, or at least offer to provide take out coffee in the restaurant until this is remedied. I went down and picked up some cups so I could at least drink some water in my room, but found they worked even better for wine. Also, the staff do not seem informed of the amenities in the hotel, I asked whether they have laundry service and was told no, then walked around the first floor and found a coin operated laundry room.

  VERY GOOD HOLIDAY HOTEL

  The hotel is located right at the junction of Hwy 93 & Hwy 95. It has ample parking, but most of it is a good walk from the front entrance. Room key access via the side doors was not working when we were there. It has an attached restaurant. The lobby is clean and the staff professional. Our room was a good size, with all of the expected amenities except for a microwave oven. There were enough power outlets scattered around the room to recharge all of our devices. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Because of COVID, the hotel does require masks when you are outside your room or in the lobby. Breakfast was not included with the room, and after looking at the restaurant menu, we decided to eat elsewhere. The hotel is on the expensive side, which is to be expected in a resort location like Radium. I would stay here again.

  Comfortable Stay

  This was a pretty standard hotel with a few extras that were a bit above the ordinary. There was a spa on site and two meal times were offered with different menus. (Breakfast and dinner) There was road construction during our visit but the noise was not bothersome. Lots of options to eat in the area. Staff took care with all COVID protocols and the environment felt safe.

  So very clean and very friendly

  I had a very poor visit at another Prestige location and was offered a free room to any Prestige in B.C. We chose the Radium location and were very happy with there location. It was very clean and loved the pool and hot tub too
