  Hotel muy limpio, tranquilo menos el sábado noche, no dejan entrar hasta las 14,00, a 40 kilómetros de napoles, muy recomendable, parking gratuito, en mayo no hace falta la piscina. El desayuno muy justo no hay frutas

  Not worth the 4 star rating

  Hotel Premiere is not a hotel we would recommend. The hotel, rooms and the area itself are nice enough, but the service and the attitude is not worth the 4 stars. Most of the employees (with a few pleasant exceptions) speak really poorly English and their attitude is very overbearing and arrogant. The evening we arrived we were given a room not suitable to our booking request, but they were not able to give us the right room until the day after, all though the booking was made almost a month earlier. The housekeeping was really poorly, at one point they didn't show up before 6.30 PM, all though we had been away since 8.00 AM and called the reception for help when we got back 9 hours later. At two occasions we chose to use the hotel shuttle bus to/from the local train station, and both times were we forgotten and had to call the hotel and remind them, all though we already had made an agreement with them. The restaurant and kitchen is not worth a recommendation, one night was enough for us. There is also possible to order lunch by the the pool, as you can see on the picture we had three plates of pommes frites, funny tasting mozzarella, mini-basil and tomatoes cut with a blunt knife, not to forget the so called mixed salad consisting of ruffly cut iceberg salad with stem and a few half ripe tomatoes. For this we paid 12 euro. And always remember to pay you bills right away. Since the hotel offers to put all your expenses on our room number we assumed that they had a proper system for this. This is not the case. On our last day we asked for the bill, which in some magic way had been raised by 85 euro since we last checked three days earlier. All discounts etc. from our agency was not included og no specifications were given. After contacting our agency we got some handwritten paper receipt from the hotel, see picture, which in none cases would be accepted by any refunder. We might as well have written them ourselves since they were impossible to read, contained wrong room number and a lot of expenses not matching to the ones we had written down for ourselves. Luckily, one of the receptionists finally understood the problem and gave us a proper discount.

  Rooms are dated

  The reception is very well presented, hotel clean and the pool is just as the pictures show. There was 3 'downsides for us but only the 2nd was a problem. Firstly the room/bathroom was very dated, think 70s, but we come across this a few times on our Italian travels. The bed was comfy, but air con weak and the mini fridge was warm. Secondly, and this was an issue, is the dog in the house opposite constantly barking. My husband is an extremely light sleeper so he had an awful night, I'm a heavy sleeper and the dog woke me a number of times. So I suggest asking for a room near the pool facing end of the building and not the front reputation side! Thirdly breakfast was minimal, extremely minimal. We are used to continental breakfasts in Italy (we spend at lest a week every year in this country) and ended up just having two croissants. We decided to just stay one night there and moved to Hotel Bellavista down the road and slightly nearer the beach for the next few nights, which was a far better hotel. The local area isn't ideal, looks very run down and not at all an Italian feel. Having said that the beach (10 minute walk) is very clean and maintained. There is quite a bit of choice for dining out (opposite direction of the beach) and all on the main street. To walk to the various restaurants takes between 1 minute (a few doors down) to 25 minutes to reach the busy end.

  Nice place with nice staff and food

  Veri nice hotel with fantastic staff, nice food, splendid swimming pool and jacuzzi. I wish to come there again, because we had everything we needed: the weather, food, staff and relaxation. The rooms were clean and friendly.

  Awesome price. Breakfast included in the price. Free Parking. Restaurant available on the spot. Breakfast was great with a super variety of food & beverages! Very nice and clean room. Very comfortable bed.
