  Fair price for a basic motel

  We booked this in a rush as an additional day to our short break, due to the threat of industrial action at the ports. Not sure what those that have posted negative comments expected for their money on the outskirts of a major city - we paid around 30 with less than 24hrs notice and got what we paid for. Pros * Easy to find and surrounded by restaurants and takeaways. * Cheap, cheerful, reasonably comfortable and clean rooms * Friendly and courteous staff * Gated compound Cons * A little dated and could do with a little TLC and a lick of paint (don't interpret this as dirty - I don't mean that!) * Basic in every sense if the word! We booked this as we weren't able to tag an extra day onto our other Premiere Classe booking in Bussy-Saint-George, if that location suits your itinerary we would recommend booking there as the hotel was much nicer!

  2 night stay

  Room is clean and very basic, and very very small.Stayed 2 nights with my 2 kids for a total of 100 euro. Unbelievable value, hence I'm rating this as very good. Ideal for students , young people. If u want any comforts other than a bed and shower, u should go elsewhere. Train station is a 5 min walk, so u really can see Paris on a shoestring budget if that's ur thing.

  Low price means compact sardine-can sized room

  We were dropped-off late and picked up early, so we thought a cheap hotel would do for 2 nights. Everything folded-out. A third single bed was stacked at 90 degrees, overhanging our two singles. We would have liked to know that this budget hotel lies along the exit highway from Paris St Germain, so it should be no surprise that the sound of drivers' horn-honking was almost unbearable after a big < > match (until 2 am). One good point was the Alcatraz gate (mentioned elsewhere) kept out opportunistic thieves. Separately, I had to speak in French since no one knew English.

  Not a good nights sleep

  Walls so thin you hear everything from people walking along the corridor to neighbours showering. Beds basic. Paid extra for breakfast, again basic and not worth the money, better off going to local cafe for coffee and pastry.

  Very BASIC hotel!

  Pros: close to metro station. Cons: VERY basic tiny rooms, bathroom is pathetically small and you hit the shower walls, no bathroom extraction, walls very thin can hear neighbours arguing in the night, limited breakfast for 5, daily room cost not that cheap for the tiny room youre getting, poor WiFi, towels not that clean, bunk bed is uncomfortable and very high feeling suffocated against the ceiling!
