STAY AWAY !!!!!!!We stayed here overnight on our way to the ferry in Roscoff NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! I had problems getting a room for three ( two adults and a three year old) in branded hotels in the area ie Novotel & Kyriad, this hotel is run by the same group as the previously mentioned hotels so I presumed it would be similar to the Travel Lodge in the UK cheap and cheerful. It was really close to the autoroute / motorway and that is the only positive I have to say. It was scary people running riot around the place all night. It was really warm with no aircon but you would not dream of opening a window. We would have moved except it was really late and we did not know our way around. A prison cell would I presume be fairly similar in style to the room. There was an awful stale odour and to be honest we barely slept and I was getting glaring looks from my hubbie as I had booked the dump. We left really early opting not to stay for breakfast.....but by the time we reached the ferry we were laughing about it.

The Full Prison ExperienceYou get what you pay for! There is a very good reason why this hotel is so cheap....... A brief overnight business trip to Rennes and I thought why book a posh room. Should have gone to Specsavers and read the reviews and studied the pictures more carefully. The room is a small cell, that offers about the same level of amenities and accomodation found in the average Swedish prison ie. its bearable but you wouldnt want to spend any time there. Good points.....TV worked [french channels only, Free Wi Fi and its close to the airport. Bad Points ......everything else To sum up......excellent for students and back packers if the local hostel is full!

Not up to usual standardWe have stayed in Premiere class hotels before so we were not expecting anything fancy but this hotel was by far the worst. The room smelt of smoke when we arrived and everything in there was old and shabby. The entire places feels run down and neglected. Definitely not somewhere where we will be staying again.

Sleep in your CarI stayed here as an overnight stopover while travelling from Roscoff to La Rochelle. It was the worst place I had ever stayed in and I have previously stayed in Premiere Class in Nantes so I thought the standard would be similar - oh but it was far from it. I was travelling with my family and we had two rooms, both of which smelled strongly of tobacco and smoke the moment you walked in the room. All our clothes took on the smell and had to be washed after we left. We were unable to open a window to get rid of the smell because there were people standing outside the room smoking and the smoke would just go in the room. The air ventilation was appalling and after I had a shower the whole room was extremely stuffy and smelt of damp. The floor of the miniature bathroom was swimming in water after a shower. As for the beds, there were cigarette burns on the sheets. My sisters fought over who had to sleep on the top bunk bed as there was squashed insects on the ceiling, only a few inches away from her face. The walls had bloodstains and were extremely dirty. The bedsheets were itchy and uncomfortable. There were cobwebs wrapped around the metal bed frames of which the paint had been half chipped off and rusted. The receptionist was so slow when we tried to check in. She couldn't work the computer properly and took forever. We thought it would have been quicker arriving in the night so we did this on the way back (yes we had to stay here twice knowing how awful it was) however the check in machine was faulty and took an hour to work. Everything for the breakfast was bought in a supermarket (no fresh croissants) There was French baguette but it was rationed to four slices at a time with a hotel full of people. The coffee was below average. The only good thing was we had slow wifi to distract ourselves from the nightmare we were living in. If you are thinking about staying here - DONT! Even if you think it's only one night how bad can it be ? You will not sleep so you're better off staying in your car. I wish I had. Ignore all these reviews saying it's clean and cosy- they've either been payed to write them or work there. There are better places out there to stay at the same price, don't torture yourself.
