  Discrepancies between check in times.

  Terrible check in! We were wondering if it was a scam, they wont let you know where the apartments are until you arrive at an unmanned reception area around the corner from the apartment, opposite Harvey Nicks. A very small plate on the wall says.. Premier Apartments. Quaker Friars ( which are Premier apartments Cabot Circus) Apartments are around the corner by Cote. Trying to get this information out of these people is virtually impossible. They also need to clarify their check in time as Bookings.com and their own site do not tally. Apartment itself was good. Other issue we encountered was the group of guys/gals having a party in the next apartment, screaming and running up and down the landing. We would never use these apartments again.

  Decent accommodation, minimum of service

  Apartments are conveniently located close to bus station and in the middle of the shopping area. Actually, they are in the middle of the shopping center. Our 2-bedroom apartment was quite big and comfortable. Rooms were spacious - especially for UK standards. Trouble that I have with this kind of places is very limited level of services. OK, to be fair this was something that was clear from the very beginning. But, for example, reception is working only from 3pm to 5pm. So, since we were 30 minutes after 5pm, I had to perform self check-in, which is not a big deal, but it is a bit annoying when you are traveling with 2 kids and 4 suitcases. Apartments are cleaned only once in 7 days. Dishwasher was not working. The rest was quite OK and functional.

  Perfect hen party accommodation!

  Easy to book, friendly to deal with and when we arrived we weren't disappointed. The apartments are really nice and we were able to gather as a group as well as have our own space. A special mention to Christina who was really helpful.

  Lovely stay

  Lovely stay, only problem was my boiler not working so no heating and no hot water couldnt have a shower or wash my hands with warm water. Room was freezing cold all night. Second stay first stay I had no problems, apart from that amazing, comfy beds.

  Great for families

  Stayed here last August with the family and great place. Clean and handy for local attractions. COVID policies very good and felt very safe. Check in process straight forward and easy to find. Look forward to returning this year.
