  Muy bien

  El hotel es sencillo, pero muy limpio y acogedor. Parte del mismo hotel es el pub-restaurante Beefeater, muy agradable para desayunar, comer o cenar. La atención del hotel muy buena. Está muy cerca de un Park and Ride, donde se puede dejar el coche y coger un autobús que lleva al centro de York.

  2nd visit

  this was our 2nd visit in the past 12 months, we like this hotel as it is easy to get to , just off the ring road and close to the park and ride. The welcome( we got on arrival was as usual very good , the young girl on reception ( Martina ) was very good , she went to great length to explain how the hotel was keeping to the Covid 19 restrictions and wished us a lovely stay.

  Return visit !

  Havent stayed here for a couple of years, but returned to find an even larger hotel as it has been extended. Nice and clean and COVID secure. Clean rooms and easy parking, staff are efficient and friendly.

  Nice weekend away

  We stayed in this hotel over the weekend on a family shopping trip to york. The staff were pleasant and helpful when we needed more tea bags and towels. Only thing to knock it down from an excellent rating to a very good rating is that my parents where also staying but they had booked separately so our rooms were not close together. This wasn't an issue until we seen their room, WOW it looked like it had just been built! You walk down our grubby corridor and then turn a corner into a clean, fresh, stylish corridor. and into their stylish new room. The worst part is we both paid the same price! Now i must point out our room wasnt that bad, it was clean and everything worked. It just looked outdated especially compared to my parents room. We would stay here again, would just call ahead and ask for a nice room.

  Great Stay

  Stayed for leisure with my partner for 2 nights. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very comfortable although wifi isn't the strongest. This Premier is so well located for a leisure stay - York centre can be accessed on foot, a choice of eating establishments on it's doorstep and Poppleton village(very close by) is pleasant to walk around.
