    Buena estadía

    Tuvimos una buena estadía al igual que en el resto de hoteles de la misma cadena que tuvimos la suerte de elegir. Se encuentra ubicado próximo a la estación de trenes y está a distancia a pie de cualquier atracción, si bien no se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. El desayuno no está incluido pero vale la pena probarlo, es de estilo buffet pero de excelente calidad y super abundante.

    Bueno. Nada especial. Bien ubicado. A solo metros de la muralla de la ciudad. Desayuno no esta incluido. Si pagas el desayuno completo de los adultos incluye a los niños. Buenas camas.simple, sin lujos.

    Hotel muy cerca de la muralla de York

    El Hotel es un premier inn, ubicado cerca de la muralla y unas de las puertas de la ciudad de York, de fácil acceso al mismo con auto, aunque el estacionamiento es pago. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes, pero si son límpias y el desayuno está bien.

    Great staff ready to go beyond expectations

    We stayed here the night of our engagement and were looked after extremely well. Due to the coronavirus restrictions, I bought a bottle of champagne with me for us to enjoy when we returned to the hotel. Jordan on the front desk kindly arranged for it to be chilled and ensured that the people on the desk after him were fully aware. The next morning, we were informed by Dawn at the Table Table restaurant attached to the hotel that our breakfast would be complimentary. And, whilst we were eating, we were presented with a box of chocolates with a note congratulating us. Both Jordan and Dawn went beyond expectations and what was required of them. They played a great part in our overall celebrations. As for the hotel, despite our room being right next to one of the main routes into the city, it was extremely quiet (something we also noticed in the restaurant at breakfast). The quality was exactly what we have come to expect from a Premier Inn - and at just £31 it was exceptional value! Whilst we live quite close to York, I wouldn't be surprised if we returned here the next time we want a night out without the drive home.

    Lovely hotel

    We stayed for a 2 nights getaway and found the hotel a short walk from the town centre. The staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome during our stay. Considering it was on a main road the room was nice and peaceful. Because of covid the rooms weren't turned over during our stay but if any thing you needed more pillows, tea, coffee etc it was always available. The rooms were spacious and clean and the bed was lovely and comfortable. We both really enjoyed our stay. There was a additional car park charge of £13 per 24 hours but at least it was secure. We will be back Thank you
