  Super hotel

  This was our third stay at this super hotel. Usually opt to stop over here for the night before making the rest of our journey to North Wales. Our room was in the new section of the hotel (37), spacious, clean and bright. Amazing monsoon shower head and large glass shower cubicle, better than the shower over bath types! Very nicely done! Didnt fancy venturing too far from the hotel for supper, so took advantage of the Premier Inn meal deal. Great value for money and tasty food. Special thanks to Vicky (working the bar area) in the Beefeater next to the hotel. Super cheerful, efficient and fantastic recommendations with the gin and tonics selection! I chose and Orange gin and she mentioned the Spiced Orange Fevertree tonic to pair with it. It was awesome and my new favourite drink! Thank you also Shannon for looking after us so well at supper, very smiley, helpful and professional. It made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you again and we look forward to our next visit.

  Good place to stay

  I stay here whenever I stay over in Worcester. All the staff are friendly especially the waitresses in the restaurant. It's nice to see familiar friendly faces. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom are clean. The food in the restaurant is good.

  Good customer service

  We arrived quite late one evening and probably due to Covid measures the bedroom window had been left open and the room was quite chilly. The very helpful receptionist explained how the heating system worked and brought an electric heater for that initial blast of warmth. The room was typically Premier Inn, clean, comfortable and more than adequate for the price.

  Avoid this Premier Inn and avoid wasting time with Customer Service

  Covid exists and I totally understand employees are unhappy / frustrated! Upon arrival I was not welcomed. The receptionist was grumpy: "Name ... PUT car reg in on pad, Room ***, 2nd floor" Room was not very clean at all ... Room 203: Markings on pillow cases / Dust on carpet / Heater not functioning in night so cold / Bathroom not very clean (imprint of foul drawing when mirror was steamy)! / Check out - Not approachable as so grumpy! Wrote a polite complaint, Premier Inn customer service of the same attitude as their reception staff, no care, better luck next time was the reply! ! Bad customer service / Poor cleanliness / Grumpy staff = AVOID

  My favourite hotel

  A big thank you to Craig, Nick and all the lovely staff at Premier Inn Worcester M5 motorway. I have stayed with you on several occasions as I have family in Worcester. Without fail the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The COVID restrictions have made this even more important. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is friendly and polite. I look forward to visiting you again soon.
