  Para pasar poco tiempo

  Para pasar unos días es correcto. Le falta tener una heladera en la habitación. el servicio de bar es excelente, tanto en el desayuno como la cena. WIFI hay que pagarlo aparte. Está cerca del centro y una del shopping que es grande para lo que es la ciudad

  Relación calidad precio excelente. muy limpio y en pleno centro. El personal de limpieza muy amable, La estación de tren muy cerca, en 30 minutos estas en el centro de Londres. Muchos restaurantes en la zona y 2 centros comerciales.

  Ok

  My friend and I stayed for one night. The room itself was as we have come to expect from PI and we are never disappointed with the comfy beds, and overall cleanliness. This particular hotel is currently in the middle of a massive roadworks project and it was a hell of a job just trying to find the front door! There is no onsite parking and so you have to walk from the shopping centre multi storey. There is also no real reception to speak of. Only self check in machines on the second floor. No secure entry on the ground floor, meaning anyone can walk into the hotel and venture to any floor they wished, which was a little disconcerting. Overall, we had an enjoyable 24 hrs in Woking and the hotel was OK for what we needed. I cant say I will be rushing back to this particular one.

  Arrived at wrong hotel by mistake

  I arrived at this destination after following Sat Nav details supplied by the premier inn . As it was late at night a young gentleman tried to transfer my booking . After waiting for 15 a very rude lady come out to tell me they wasnt going to transfer the booking and would have to cancel the original one and re book me there at a higher price . It wasnt what she said its how she delivered it . If this lady was in charge which I think she was she hasnt got a clue about customer service . She was very rude and I would not have stayed there if they had give me the room for free . I do not recommend wasting your money and staying here . My original hotel in Winnersh Triangle which I finally arrived at 10.30 at night was great. If booking in that area please use the winnersh one unless you like being treated like a piece of dirt !!!

  Below average Premier Inn suffering from construction works around location

  Whilst the rooms were exactly as you would expect from a Premier Inn, the staff and service were not up to the usual standard. Gruff and unhelpful service at reception and the bar, common areas run down, building not secure (reception on 2nd floor, key card not required to access corridors/lifts). Road works around the site make it very difficult to find, there's no on-site parking and the nearest parking is in the multi-storey car park at the shopping centre, which is both difficult to find and a significant trek (through the roadworks and definitely not accessible). Not possible to open the windows in the rooms at all.
