  Bad service

  I had the worst experience as service was bad, the food was cold, the shower did not even work so will not be staying there again. The food was cold, so overall experience was very bad, the car parking code did not even work.

  Dropped in for one night after late flight in from Egypt. Made to feel very welcome , slept in a gorgeous bed so really very comfy and full breakfast next morning where I pigged out on bacon after not having any for a month!!

  We booked this hotel as we were going to a photography show, the show was cancelled due to the virus but we thought we'd still use the hotel we'd book. So glad we did. This hotel was fantastic. The staff we're all lovely. The Room was immaculate and the breakfast was superb.

  Comfy Bed's and great friendly Service

  stayed was for for 1 night, was a bit apprehensive as this was the first time we have stayed away since lockdown. Was made feel very safe and relaxed immediately due to the friendly efficent service we received when checking in - thank you Michelle and Daniel. Room perfect for a night's stay, beds comfy no issues with noise. Had breakfast in morning again impressed with the service and attention to detail, felt very safe. Would stay again if in area.

  Lovely Stay, Made Great By Perfect Staff

  This was a great staff but absolutely blown away by the friendliness and kindness of the staff. Every single member of Premier Inn staff we encountered was so polite and helpful. We loved chatting to them at breakfast and dinner. June and Michelle were especially lovely. The hotel itself was a great base for Cadbury World and also Stratford-Upon-Avon. It was a little tired in places, but not too bad overall. Obviously because of Covid restrictions things were not as normal, but the hotel dealt with it very well. My only very minor criticisms were that I booked a twin room for my son and I, but there was no bedding for the single bed, towels, or enough Tea/Coffee for two people. The staff completely rectified this for us. They also purposely put us on the seventh floor where is was quiet as requested, as my Mum was staying with us, and also put her in a room next door. The breakfast was delicious and completely faultless, and also offered incredible value as kids eat free. The dinner menu was a little limited due to covid, but the food was delicious and offered excellent value. Overall, a really great stay, with incredible value. Would not hesitate to recommend.
