  Stayed Friday till Sunday when arrived the bathroom was not clean dont think had even been touched was human hair and dirt stains in bath when member of staff came she gave me the spray and a dirty cloth and was told to clean my self as they can't do it

  Homeless people LIVING in some rooms

  I am all for helping the less fortunate but checking into a hotel to see two low lifes walking out of the lift and again the next day is not what Id call a warm welcome. A complete put off, especially when it was clear they were using the complementary shower and toiletries. Shame on the Premier Inn, not very premier. All the same, the staff were all fantastic and the rooms were relatively tidy. Bed sheets clean and fresh, although I did see a lot of hair caught in the plug holes, again not Premier. How often are the plug holes cleaned? Thank you

  Dissatisfaction

  Due to covid 19 and lockdown in the area I was unable to stay. I was unable to get a refund and my call was cut short in order to rebook. I would like to carry my reservation forward for a future date or be reimbursed my fee

  What an amazing receptionist

  I parked in the disabled area which you have to ring receptionist to gain entry. When I went to reception Karen firstly asked if I needed an easy entry room ,to which I said no I only have difficulty walking. She then looked at which room I was booked in and it was at the far end of the building. She asked if I wanted moving to a room nearer the exit door ( which I was grateful for ). The room was normal premier inn standard but the receptionist was outstanding and made our stay brilliant. Four star for the hotel but five star+ for Karen

  Most friendly Staff

  Stopped here for 3 x nights for work. I would like to thank all staff for a great and pleasant stay. Zoe, you were friendly and extremely helpful, thank you so much. I will be returning next week and this will be booked again. 10 out of 10 for everything. Thank You.
