  Great Value

  Basically, Premier Inns do what what they say on the tin. Great value, decent sized and well equipped room, very comfortable bed and (most importantly) spotlessly clean. St Helens was all these. Good location near the motorway but very quiet. we didn't eat here as we arrived late and left early for Liverpool. And Premier Inn reception staff always seem to be very friendly and very capable and here was no exception.

  The resturant staff are a credit to your business , they are warm , friendly and make you feel welcome ,nothing is to much trouble for them they go over and above. The always provide a first class service.

  Very Good Service

  I stayed here for one night, during the Covid situation. The staff were excellent, and made the stay very pleasant in a very awkward scenario. Good access to the motorway, and a ten minute ride into the town centre.

  Amazing staff !!

  I stay at Premier inn's all week every week up and down the country for work, it is very hard for them not to blend into one. This site however is completely different best stay i have ever been to, not only for the clean rooms, brilliant Internet but because of Vikki and Louise, the 2 lovely ladies behind the desk who went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Their beautiful smiles and positive glow really makes the place special. Thank you

  Thank you team so much ! In these crazy times on lockdowns and locked Outs. Flight cancelations and being stuck in the uk and can not return to Australia. We found a home and a welcoming team to bring us out of the darkness as we had nowhere to go ! The team here made us feel that everything will be ok !! Helped us to relax and move into our room and they have been so helpful and a warm smile everyday we will have been here for two months. while we are waiting for our new flight on the 21 st of March. And most important is in these uncertain-times with the corona virus, all of the motel rooms , hall ways are spotless to a high standard !!! Which also gives us a safe place to stay on lock down Again thank you team ! The premier inn chains should be proud to have such an outstanding team behind them
