  Stayed with friends and ate in the restaurant next door I can recommend both very clean and efficient food was good service was outstanding and friendliness of staff was some of the best encountered thoroughly enjoyed my stay thank you

  Comfy bed

  The Premier Inn Runcorn has maintained standards during the COVID restrictions and the welcome is warm, despite distancing. The rooms are clean and the bed really comfortable. Although close to the roads, the rooms are very quiet. Well done! Breakfast is provided in the Beefeater next door.

  Premier Inn Runcorn Chester Rd-one night stay

  We used this hotel for a one night stay en route to North Wales. Really lovely staff at the reception and at breakfast. Graham on reception was particularly helpful and friendly. Looking after everyone very well in the Covid 19 situation. We were in the more modern building with a very comfortable room and great value.

  Enjoyable stay!

  Was offered the opportunity to check in early, very accommodating reception staff. Room was the typical standard room, everything needed was there. Bathroom very clean, fluffy towels always a plus!. Room has one of the largest flat screens I have seen in a Premier Inn before, have to admit to preferring this to the smaller screens usually found.

  covid 19 travel restrictions?

  we had booked to stay on the 28th dec for 2 nights, my wife is from runcorn and we were travelling from edinburgh to see her family, due to the lockdown and travel restrictions we obviously could not travel, because we had booked a saver rate room we are not entitled to a refund. totally unacceptable from a company this size, i use this chain very often for work trips, but thats the last of my money they will see.
