  Amazing!!

  Lovely staff always happy to help attitude this is mine and my partners favourite premier inn to come too for alittle break, the hotel is very clean and tidy the premier plus rooms are amazing love it can't wait to visit again! Highly recommended from this customer

  comfortable and great location

  We stayed here for 2 nights in their standard rooms. Very comfy lovely and warm. Would definately recommend if you are staying in the area - I have also reviewed breakfast which is served in the beefeater and it was excellent

  Lovely comfy stay

  We stayed for two nights at the premier inn Redditch, Cannot fault it at all! The room was so clean and tidy we stayed in a premier plus room we got a free drinks voucher to use at the beefeater next door which was lovely The bathroom was so clean! The bed was amazing me and my partner have looked at buying the mattress we slept so well! Very happy with our stay will definitely be back again

  Premier Inn

  Stayed for a few nights at the Premier Inn and found it nice and clean with all mod cons .would only complain about one thing and that's the free channels on the TV was locked out and the WiFi went down. Receptionist was very polite.

  Outstanding support

  I would like to thank a guy called joe as i suffer with depression lockdown has took its toll on me so i had to get a room at premier inn. The guy was the most helpful person i ever came across would just like to say thanks for your service he was always smiling and friendly.
