  Muy mala experiencia!!! Me robo el Gerente del Hotel Mr Kulak

  Por favor no envíen ningún paquete de compras por internet a este Hotel. Como estaría alojado en el hotel por un curso que tomaría en una firma de la zona consulte con anticipación si podía enviar algún paquete por compras que realizara en internet. Me indicaron que si y con unos días de anticipación realice una compra a la firma Hunter y realice el seguimiento de la entrega, el día de 02 de febrero, el Gerente del Hotel Mr. Kulak había recibido el paquete lo cual me dejaba tranquilo. En cuanto llegue al hotel el 08/02 comencé a consultar sobre el paquete y el recepcionista reconocio el nombre que le mencionaba indicándome que era el Gerente y que el paquete no estaba a la vista pero lo consultaría, en resumen durante 5 días dicen todos las personas que estaban en recepción no podían contactarse con el Gerente y mi caja no aparecia, por consiguiente el Gerente del Hotel se quedo con mi caja y nunca me devolvieron ni la caja ni el dinero.

  As expected

  Attending a conference nearby, so stopped here the previous night. Free parking in certain places in the multi-storey opposite, but if they are full you have to pay. Rooms as comfortable as you would expect, choice of hard or soft pillows. No external noises and the temperature was good. I ate my meal at the accompanying restaurant.

  Overnight Stay

  Although the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, I was concerned by the number of customers walking around the hotel without masks, even though this was sign posted. This did not make me feel safe in the current climate.

  Lovely hotel

  We spent a lovely two night break in Newmarket, the hotel room was nice ,clean and spacious with a nice comfy bed and also tea and coffee making facilities, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we also had the breakfast which was nice and a very good selection to choose from, once again the staff were very friendly. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the town which was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again.

  Occasional Stay

  I stay here about once a month and its a great location and super helpful staff. One of the best Premier Inn around. Great comfortable rooms and a step away from excellent restaurants in town. Happy to recommend.
