  Awful

  This place is awful. The sheets were damp so told a member off staff, they were rude and made me feel like a lier. Got moved to a disabled room and the sheets were also damp!!!. Also there was only 1 towel so when I went to the desk to ask for 1 more towel they made me feel stupid by asking am I sure i looked properly. Overall staff were rude Sheets were damp And sleep was awful!!! Would not reccomend

  Good budget hotel

  As budget hotels go, can't fault this place. Checkin was quick (and contactless). Room was very clean and surprisingly spacious. Excellent shower. Comfortable bed. I was leaving too early in the morning to try breakfast. Convenient place to stay for activities in the Brecons.

  Wonderful experience again.

  We stay here as often as we can, as our son lives close by. The staff were as helpful as usual. The room was clean and anything we asked for, we got. Meals were in the restaurant next door, the service here being satisfactory but no-one wore a mask, unlike in the hotel.

  Excellent service in the Restaurant

  I arrived with about 5 mins to go before the kitchen shut but Liza B quickly took my order and brought me a much needed pint! It was nice to see such a cheerful member of staff after a long day and I will be back again soon - many thanks !!!!

  Fantastic stay, amazing staff!!

  Wow completely blown away. Very covid safe and clean, very helpful and caring reception staff accommodating all my needs promptly with out any hesitations. Hannah in the restaurant helped with my dinning requirements and was friendly and chatty. Very clean and comfortable rooms!! Your staff are an asset to you! Thoroughly recommend! Keep up the good work :)
