  Excelente ubicación

  Vine de shopping al Trafford centre por 3 días y me hospedé aquí porque está súper cerca del Trafford . Además, el hotel es muy limpio y las recepcionistas muy atentas. La habitación bien espaciosa, limpia y sin ruidos. Lo recomiendo 100%. Volveré.

  Had the pleasure of visiting this hotel in the New lockdown measures, found the hotel to be very clean and well organized. The food menu went through a change and was expanded but the standard of the food never lowered, the staff in reception were helpful and couldn't do enough to help in this difficult time. The Bar staff had a difficult time in this period but two stood out for their help in following and understanding the government rules Thank You Caitlin and Libby others such as Monika should learn from these two how to deal with the present situation and how to assist the customer

  Lovely stay!

  We had a lovely two night stay here while we visited Manchester. Five minute walking distance to the Trafford Centre and Leisure Village. The staff were all lovely and very helpful, social distancing rules were very well implemented and the pub/restaurant was equally as great. Would definitely stay here again.

  Excellent hotel.

  Stayed here for two nights whilst working in Manchester. This hotel chain really do have it right. Stayed in a premier room and loved the little touches they have added . Mini fridge with water and chocolates, arm chair, seated vanity area, premium toiletries and rainfall shower

  Excellent as always

  This is my favourite hotel when visiting in Trafford park. Perfect location. Stayed one night, receptionists on check in and check out were friendly and efficient. COVID measures were obvious, and rooms very clean. The rooms used to have spare pillows but these had been removed due to COVID I think, so my nights sleep wasnt as good as in the past, pillow provided was too hard, but I could have asked for a softer one at reception, if I had taken the effort to, so not the hotels fault.
