  A nice stay

  Have stayed here a few times before and was not disappointed when we stayed here again this month. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, even with the extra COVID measures in place - I.e. when we asked for extra pillows and additional tea in the room since there was no daily maid service, they were so obliging even at 10pm. We had the continental breakfast on one day and the full English the next, but felt value for money wise only the second meal was worth it. Due to COVID, it was no longer help yourself (understandably!) but felt the continental wasnt the same when you were being served. Overall a really good stay and we slept well both nights - the fan in the room was an added bonus since there was no air-con on the warmer evening. Thanks Prestwich Premier Inn!

  Excellent !!!

  My husband and I spent the weekend here, and enjoyed every minute, the staff was very helpful and accommodating even though strict Covid rules were in place nothing was too much to ask. We stayed in room 111 which was nice and clean. At breakfast on both days we were greeted and served by a lovely lady named Sylvia who saw that everything was just as we wanted. We have stayed at other well known establishments but we have to say that this was one of the best stays weve had and that was primarily down to the wonderful staff, we will be returning again and definitely recommend this Premier Inn to friends and family visiting Manchester.

  Absolutely Wonderful Service!

  Me and my wife stayed at this hotel whilst visiting Manchester and can I just say it was the best hotel experience we have had in over 20 years! The room was superb, so clean and comfortable, met all our needs and was just perfect. The bed was amazing and the bathroom was immaculate, the shower facilities were perfect, being someone who has a disability it was very accessible and a pleasant surprise after visiting other hotels! The staff were incredible, namely Joanne, she showed great customer service and in a time of uncertainty, it was nice to enter a service provider that were so well organised, prepared and friendly! 11/10! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!

  I realised something when I stayed here..........

  Premier Inns are a national hotel chain that is well known and generally well liked. There are plenty of reviews that will tell you all about the excellent value with high standards of hygiene and convenient locations. Premier Inn Prestwich however has one very special unique extra, a fabulous, kind and caring team of genuine people who really work well together. I have just returned from a week here during some very difficult personal circumstances and I found that the team of young sincere people just spent their time doing their very best to look after all their guests. The crew at Prestwich are working under difficult Tier 3 circumstances but when you leave every morning we all got a friendly smile and a few words that were a lovely start to the day. I had no clue on how to arrange food in the evening and there was always advice and good local knowledge of what was available within the local area. The most important thing was that I discovered on this trip was that it did not matter if I was staying in budget hotel or a swanky 5 star hotel it is the people who make the difference not the star rating of the property. I was made very welcome and treated so well and I really want to just say "Thank You"

  Excellent

  Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and they coped with the Covid restrictions really well. Overall highly recommended. The staff are really friendly and very attentive to your needs without being to over the top.Even the compulsory face masks could not hide your smiles and enthusiasm which were clearly apparent! From the moment we arrived and received a warm greeting from Sarah until the day we departed you all provided outstanding service and professionalism as well as a COVID safe environment.The staff are all so warm, professional, highly trained, personable and friendly. Our cleaner boy was hilarious and was always happy to help. He has made us want to come back next year Thank you so much Prestwich.
