    Very noisy to very late on.

    Even though the adjoining pub is closed drinkers sat outside drinking till at least 1 am. When registering receptionist took ages to come and then seemed disinterested. Not a success. Bluebadge parking at door.

    Next to Friday's night club

    This was one of three, Premier Inns that we stayed at, travelling from Aberdeen to Bournemouth, just after the Lockdown. It was by far the worst! The corridor smelt of urine. And the room smelt of chemicals (used to disguise smells). After driving I feel asleep straight away after arriving. I used to live in this area, and was seeing an old school friend in the evening. We were going to ask to change our room, but in the event we did not. Our room was on the ground floor. My partner likes to sleep with the window open. We could hear the sound of aircraft.

    Very good

    We stay at Premier Inns often, first time here as near to family who relocated. Good beds of course, effective blackout curtains. Covid measures felt reassuring. We didnt eat in the attached restaurant/bar. There were options for a quick breakfast in the room if wanted. Staff were great, we stayed for a week, any requests were responded to. Wed stay again.

    Pleasantly surprised

    Stayed for one night in sept and Ill be honest my expectations werent high...as premier inns known as cheap and cheerful generally used as a stop over on way to somewhere else. The decor was very modern and fresh. Lovely up to date bathroom with a walk in shower. There was even mood lighting in the head board which made a nice feature. Only negative really was the lack additional pillows and no one on reception that late on to ask but other than that my expectations were well and truly smashed and would definitely stay again.

    Reluctant Trip

    Due to a funeral of a close family member we had to travel. We have stayed here before and were very pleased that the standard of this hotel has not fallen at all during these times. Explaining our situation the manager allowed us to stay longer after check out time. This was extremely helpful which made our trip a little easier to manage.
