family breakwe stayed at maidstone premier Inn as a base when visiting family . Was very nervous regarding covid but once there all worries disappeared. Everywhere was cleaned and the staff made you feel at ease . Was a lovely few days away .

Stay for a nightVery friendly staff good clean room. Car park easy to use via app on phone very central for Maidstone would stay again. Loads of places to eat in Town if you dont want to eat in Premier Inn as restaurant can be a lot of fried food.

Appalling especially during a pandemicWhere do I start? The bed was made but there was a towel in it. The bath was full of the previous occupiers wet towels. Pubic and head hair in the bath. Toothpaste in the sink. Facial cleansing pads on bed and floor. 2 used water bottles. Staff replaced the towels but did not clean the room. Appalled that I was not offered a different room. Contacted the complaints department of Premier Inn only to get an automated reply stating I'd be contacted within 10 days. Not heard a thing from Premier Inn. I should be fully refunded for this but have been offered nothing. Not even an apology from Premier Inn. I gave them the right of reply before writing a trip advisor review. But it seems they don't care about their customers. Disgusting and appalled. Do not stay here.

Clean and comfortable, but noise issues.Standard Premier Inn; the room looks identical to any other one. Some damage to the walls. Bathroom fine; room clean. Evening restaurant still closed (you can order things to take to your room). Sound proofing is a bit poor; sound from rooms opposite and from the corridor travels easily and there were some noise issues during the stay.

Chilled out after covidThis was my first hotel stay since Lockdown and not one I would like to repeat. The outside ckimate was chilly, and the air grill in my room had no desire to warm me up. I did report this, and hoped this would be fixed, but I was eager to hurry down the road to a sympathetic McDonalds for breakfast. Premier had emailed asking if I wanted dinner and for how many, but they had included guests staying at hotel where dinner was a choice of hot takeaways taken by guests in plastic bag to your room. My mobile phone no. was taken to alert the meal was ready but in the end I went to chase it up. No gripes about cleanliness, guest noise or expected mask wearing in public areas. This was the Sunday basic £29 rate they are publicising, but with reduced external diversions such as cinema watching the somewhat limited TV choice made for a cold evening. For this reason I shall not return.
