  Un poco apartado del centro, habitaciones cómodas y buen servicio

  Nos alojamos durante una semana, la estación de metro queda a unos 15 minutos andado del hotel, y a su vez el centro de Londres está a unos 20 minutos en metro. El barrio era como una especie de 'barrio negro' estadounidense, muy pintoresco y bonito con sus parques. Es una cadena de hoteles, y los más alejados del centro estan bien de precio, pero los que son céntricos suben mucho de precio y entonces ya tienes que valorar si coger otros hoteles. Si vas en plan ir a visitar y tener un hotel donde descansar, este es el tuyo! Las habitaciones estaban muy bien: la nuestra era tranquila, limpia, el colchón era comodísimo, ... Incluye TV LCD, un termo para hacer té, .... En el mismo hotel hay un restaurante, comimos dos veces y la verdad es que es un lugar muy bueno para descansar después de todo el día visitando Londres, perfecto para cenar o simplemente para tomar una pinta! Era un poco caro, eso sí, pero nada lejos de la dinámica propia de Londres (eran unas 20 libras por persona la cena). Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en un Premier Inn y su estética londinense enamora!! Sin duda repetiría.

  Uncomfortable stay poor communication

  After checking in the hotel all was going along to the plan .when the room temperature was not cooling the room at all we were group of 8 with 4 adults and 5 children .Raised the complain with the help desk staff was advised it will be sorted .We checked in at 5 pm and left the room at 7:30pm same day on 12 Sep2020 .We were advised on our way back the room will be sorted .on arrival at 4am our room was still a sona couldnt sleep complained the help desk staff nothing was done all false promises it will be sorted in 20 mins .Same situation struggled to sleep with kids .My brother had high blood pressure kept him awake all night .Tried one more time ro complain spoke to a very lovely lady called Stefanie who took controll of the situation apologised for the whole situation offered free parking and breakfast to all family .The ladys who served us breakfast Gemma and Lorraine were awesome too .If anything these 3 ladys were the highligh of whole stay.They were very understanding and caring .Good job premier in got them otherwise no one would be stepping in through them doors .Its only because of people like these we would consider coming back again.

  4 day stay

  Easy to find. Good car parking but does cost £5 per day for residents. Room comfort met all my needs. Breakfast was absolutely first class and thank you so much to the Romanian lady in the mornings. Very helpful. And more thanks to Stefanie at reception. I had a number of enquiries she was able to assist with me with, making my stay better than expected. Can't thank you enough. The bad bit - Premier Inn free WIFI is non existent. Nothing at all available.

  Staff Caroline - Friendly and very accommodating!

  We travel to this hotel extra way just for the exceptional service provided by Caroline on the Front desk. Being a regular customer, she remembers us and is very helpful, friendly, kind and always has a beautiful smile which makes it even more welcoming. Caroline well deserves a positive review as she definitely adds value on our lovely stay at the hotel. Caroline makes check in so smooth and easy and immediately creates a comfortable environment at the reception and she is very accommodating. Thank you Caroline!

  Lovely Staff

  All the staff were friendly, pleasantly professional and accommodating. The hotel is clean but the hallways have an odour. The room offered was cold but when I raised the issue the matter was dealt with promptly. The bed was very comfortable and I had a restful sleep. There was a limited menu but what I had was tasty and edible.
