  Muy buen trato

  El hotel está en un edificio muy bonito en la calle principal de la población. La habitación es cómoda sin exceso de lujos. Lo mejor son los trabajadores, muy atentos y cordiales. Te pueden facilitar hasta una plancha y tabla de planchar.

  Aparcamiento barato cerca

  El hotel está muy céntrico. Las habitaciones son cómodas, sin lujos. El personal es muy amable. No tiene parking propio, pero justo detrás del edificio hay un parking público muy económico. Si dejas el coche después de las 6pm y lo recoges antes de las 8am, pagas sólo una libra. El parking no deja pagar con tarjeta. El hotel tiene una puerta trasera que permite llegar al parking sin tener que dar la vuelta a la manzana. En el desayuno puedes tomar desayuno inglés o continental.

  Great location and comfortable stay

  Booked in for an overnight stop as visiting daughter. We where in room 223 which was a lovely size ( yes there was only a view of the wall and window across the way) but that didnt bother us. Staff where friendly and had to go to reception as tv remote wouldnt work and she was very friendly and changed batteries with no issue. We didnt visit the pub adjoining but it was great it was linked and there was a shop also next door. We would definitely stop here again

  Undercover Boss moment?

  Sometimes it's the welcome that makes the difference, and there is no shortage here. The warm welcome from the receptionist (Mrs Fuzzy) was exceptional. She handled a queue of guests checking-in with great patience and humour. If this was an episode of Undercover Boss, I would be promoting Mrs Fuzzy to a role that goes out to all Premier Inns, to show them what customer service should look like. The friendly team ethic continued at breakfast in the adjoining Bar and Block restaurant, where the waiting staff and kitchen crew were exceptional. They could certainly do with some of this professionalism it at our next stop, the Premier Inn Cheltenham Central (West/A40) where the surly receptioist made us feel unwelcome.   I went here to stay the night couple days ago bumped into some young man who worked there. Well he was in a uniform so i presume so and had a name tag with the name Elliot. Absolutely appalling behaviour from him. Threw me into the corridor and told me to empty my pockets! And i had to stay in the corridor the whole night aswell. Had me in tears! :( Good job its a prank and hes been one of the best people to work there and very helpful. Deffo needs a pay rise for the new year :) happy new year
