Friendly but needs a revampStaff were okay and people serving breakfasts really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. However, the place itself is looking a little worn out. Needs updating and refreshing. Very quietly situated Saturday/Sunday night.

Family trip to visit family in Essex.Great experience as always, great customer service from all morning and evening staff, and a great price too. Restaurant experience was amazing as always, with a great selection for breakfast at a very reasonable price, plus kids eat free with paying adults! Beds to die for, so comfortable, they cuddle you to sleep!! So well done Premier Inn, looking forward to our next trip down. Well done you!

MsAt check in I asked for extra coffee to stop us from coming back out. The Receptionist asked us why we need extra coffee before we even entered the room and kept saying theres coffee in the room. On entering just as we already know there were 2 sachets!!!! When we asked he asked if weve already used the one in the room and asked how many do you need like a few times. He gave us 3 and we felt we dare not ask for more. We ended up at the local Tesco.

Great Restaurant Next DayStayed here for 1 night. It was easy to find with a big free car park and next to great restaurant called "Willow Farm" although not close at any other local shops & restaurants. We brought the deal which included dinner, breakfast and a night's stay which was a great deal at £95 for 2. The food was tasty and good portions.Check-in was quick and easy. As you walk into the room there 's a coat rail, then a hanging unit with shelves either side holding the tea/coffee facilities. Next was a desk with a desk lamp on it and a big wall mounted flat-screen TV above. There was also a free standing fan with one of the corners having a long couch type bed settee. The comfortable standard bed had bedside single compartments built into the headboard with lamps also incorporated in the headboard too. The view was of open fields. The bathroom had a single sink with a large mirror above and a bath with grab handles and the shower within it. There were body/shampoo dispensers for use.
