  A very pleasant stay in a Covid world :)

  Situated in a location very easily accessed from the motorway and the A580. The establishment was very organised for Covid protection. The staff were friendly and helpful, making their new normal work well. The room was the usual high standard which causes me to book Premier Inns. Although the restaurant was closed, there's a McDonald's right next door. I am very pleased and would book with them anytime.

  Fabulous

  What a great place to stay! Sparkling clean. Very helpful staff. Comfy bed.The only thing i can suggest to make the accessible room even better would be to create a proper wet room. Most people in wheelchairs cant get into a bath. In spite of that we will def stay there again.

  Very clean

  extremly clean hotel rooms and reception areas, staff very helpful and extremly polite. We saw lots of sanitising so made us feel very safe. Best one we have stayed in. Bathroom look brand new, and lots of tea and coffe left out.

  Visit was clean

  Clean but not all visitors appear to be complying with COVID rules Very comfortable room and quiet Easy parking and easy access to main transportation Good value rooms Wish that face masks were mandatory to all

  Excellent Hotel

  Just spent 7 weeks at this hotel on business. Would like to thank all the staff for making the stay very enjoyable . From the staff on reception, to the ladies serving breakfast and Romford and all the staff at night. Thanks to each and everyone for your efforts during a difficult time. When in the area I always stay here because you guys truly are the best!
