  Estupenda estancia

  Pasamos una noche muy agradable en el Premier Inn Falkirk Central. El personal muy amable, nos reservaron mesa para la cena en el restaurante de al lado, y todo fue muy bien. La habitación grande y limpia. Recomendable.

  Great place with friendly staff

  Lovely place in central location, clean with good sized rooms. The attached Beefeater is a decent place to eat. Special thank you to Ann-Marie whos warm welcome at breakfast makes a perfect start to the day.

  A welcome weekend break

  I stayed at the premier inn Falkirk central hotel on Friday and Saturday night, 11th - 13th of December 2020 as a leisure guest, as finally covid-19 restrictions have been eased to allow leisure stays once again in this area. I found all room facilities to be more than adequate, and in particular, I enjoyed the lovely hypnos bed, (best sleep ever!!!), and the bath / shower was excellent! My room was on the 2nd floor, room 203, to the rear of the hotel, facing the canal, which is a lovely view normally, when the weather is good! Tea/coffee facilities are plentiful, as extra sachets are available free of charge upon request. Storage is also plentiful, and the desk is a very useful facility. TV is available as standard, as is free wifi. There is a high speed wifi option which is chargeable, but I actually found the free version to be adequate for what I was doing. Room cleanliness was also excellent, and is available every day, if required. I dined at the Rosebank Beefeater restaurant next door, which was also excellent, I have written a separate review for this. All staff I met whilst at the hotel and the restaurant were friendly, helpful and professional, as I would expect from whitbread establishments, as I know them very well, as I previously worked with them in the past, and I have stayed with them on a few occasions whilst on leisure breaks. A special mention goes to Krystie, excellent service with a smile at the reception desk, great catching up again by the way, talking over old times! Keep up the great work you're doing!!! To conclude my review, excellent all round service for the price paid, and looking forward to booking again in the future. Best Regards to all, and have a lovely Christmas and a great 2021!   Shocking

  I decided to take my kids and partner here to this hotel as my bathroom and corridor was getting done. I was in room 202 near the rear side of the canal and my god it was a huge mistake! Young people running in and out the rooms all night and shouting. Continuously making noise, absolutely shocking. We reported it to the staff down at reception and the staff were nothing but useless to sort the issue . I had to bang on the door many times after the staff did as my kids werent getting to sleep due to this obnoxious behaviour coming from the next room. Absolutely shocking noises coming from the room. Not to forget loud bangs ! Police ended up outside at silly oclock in the morning . Worst hotel experience ever.

  Clean, quiet hotel

  We needed somewhere to stay as we were going to Falkirk to sort a death in the family. The receptionist knew our reason for staying and was so helpful and understanding. The room was basic but nice and quiet and the bed was so comfortable. Overall a really positive stay and I will definitely be staying there again soon
