  Less than average visit

  A mix up on our arrival proved irritating. Apparently we were already there and had been allocated a room. Clearly this was not the case and after a long check in delay while the lady tried to fathom out her problem we were finally given our room key and the extra towel to carry with us that was going to be missing in the room! Room was typical with the bonus of air cooling function we did not have at our last Premier inn at St Austell. Breakfast is usually good here so fingers crossed.

  Great staff, clean room, recommended

  Stayed here a good few times over the last couple of years. Staff are genuine and friendly. Rooms are very clean and I personally complemented the staff and the cleaner. Reception is manned and is not a computer machine like other Hotels.

  Excellent room, excellent pub

  We were given a large family room with two full single beds and a comfy double. Room was clean well equipped with hair dryer like all Premier Inn rooms. Window opened which was good. Breakfast was superb, very well organised and attentive staff. Great place to have a drink before bed. All COVID safe. Will definitely return.

  Excellent stay

  Just want to say a big thankyou to the lovely Alison and Tanya for all their help and kindness during my stay. The rooms as always are very clean and comfortable and the food and service in the restaurant, really good.

  As expected

  We have stayed several times,when visiting family. I always try to choose Premier Inn, due to the expected high standards and excellently trained staff. Not quite as modern as some others I have stayed at,and the TV is small and not ideally placed. It is good value for money, clean and staff were helpful and friendly.
