  me gusto mucho

  muy buen hotel, precio correspondiente a la calidad , llegamos muy tarde para dormir y comer, bien ubicado, frente a centro comercial donde poder comer a deshoras sin problema, muy bien comunicado con autovia.

  Premier Plus (ish)

  Stayed in this hotel twice in the last couple of weeks. Both times in the Premier Plus rooms. What they are of a better standard in this particular hotel they lack the fundamentals of peace and quiet. The windows in the hotel are old, draughty and very noisy resulting in you getting either the noise of the trains at the rear of the hotel or the boy racers in the car park over the road into the early hours. Tried mentioning this the last time but no-one seemed to be interested. Once you've paid your money it's kind of tough luck. I had a much larger room at the front of the hotel last time compared to this one today. It also had a large comfy bed. This one is a standard and incredibly creaky old style bed with the other beds underneath having been removed. Overall very average. Bit disappointed this time as I'd brought my Wife to show her the difference between this type of room against the standard ones. Need a bit of a rethink guys. It's a great concept but needs more care. Secondary glazing would cut the noise significantly and is fairly cheap. I'd love to have written something amazing but I can't. It's a really good effort but must try harder. Sorry, always honest.

  Couple of nights over half term

  Booked to go to Snozone and stayed for a couple of nights. Location couldnt be better for Snozone - less than 5 minute walk. Limited facilities at the hotel due to Covid but otherwise spot on. Felt safe and comfortable.

  Just wanted to leave a note to say Sarah and Kyle were tots Amaze. Very helpful with booking a room etc and a nice friendly welcome. Good location, lots of places to eat etc. Premier Plus room very clean and modern so all in all a good business stay.

  Pleasant stay

  Stayed 1 night, check in was quick and easy, staff very helpful and professional, Unfortunately restaurant is closed however, short walk over yo the Xcape complex where there are several restaurants providing takeaways. Good location for the M62 motorway, would recommend this hotel.
