  Buenas habitaciones pero lejos del centro

  Buen desayuno, habitaciones limpias y amplias y buen servicio. ¿Qué más se puede pedir? Pues simplemente algo que no puede cambiar, su localización. De todas formas, si tu intención no es visitar el centro de Cardiff, puede ser una buena opción a considerar.

  Esta muy bien.

  Estuvimos para la copa del mundo de rugby y esta muy bien la relación precio calidad. No se encuentra en le centro de la ciudad. La habitaciones son muy cómodas y bien preparadas. Mejor para quien va en auto que para quien va son auto.

  Weekend break

  Very outdated premier inn we were allocated a room on the 6th floor but they failed to tell us the lift was broken on arrival to our room we were very disappointed and asked to be transferred to another premier inn but said they couldnt do that so I had a refund they only gave us a refund on the understanding we booked another premier inn and I had to prove I had booked it and they took the booking reference I found this very poor I would not recommend anyone books this premier inn

  Outdated and no soundproofing

  Old hotel which has not been maintained. Lifts both out of order. Can hear word for word conversation in neighbouring rooms. Rooms v.dated style. Bathroom had hairs in from previous guest. Wont be returning. Bonus is free parking!

  Ive never met staff so helpful in any premier inn ive stayed, mike the duty manager was amazing and very helpful, joe on the reception was lovely and greeted me and my son, made us feel very welcome, even had coffee and pastries earlie in the morning before work, nice people almost like freinds, staff in the corridor even said hello, great place, great staff, thank you
