  Buen descubrimiento

  Sin tener reserva por la zona de Cardiff, y viéndonos un poco agobiados, paramos por preguntar el precio y nos sorprendió su tarifa: 52 libras/noche. Mi novia pidió ver la habitación y le mostraron una de buen agrado, con lo que quedó muy contenta y decidimos quedarnos. ¡Qué gran acierto! Además de ser un lugar limpio y cómodo, la recepcionista de turno fue muy amable y simpática. Asimismo, cuenta con un espacioso parking y, como todos los hoteles de esta cadena, de un restaurante-pub bastante elegante y coqueto en el que degustamos las obligadas pintas de cerveza (y sidra, of course...). Nos gustó tanto el lugar y estuvimos tan cómodos que decidimos quedarnos otra noche más, con lo que estuvimos dos noches completas. Resumen: comparado con los bed&breakfast que pudimos ver en Cardiff, casi todos con la misma tarifa e incluso más caros, es un lugar perfecto. ¿Que quieres desayunar? Pues lo pagas, pero bajo mi punto de vista es mejor dormir en un lugar limpio y confortable a desayunar en un lugar más "rancio".   Excellent Service

  Stayed here the second week and third in a three week work trip after being transferred from the other nearby premier inn. The service here from the receptionist and staff in general is amazing. Nothing is too much for them and they are very cheerful and polite. Jon the receptionist was exceptional and even noticed that I was drinking green tea in the restaurant at breakfast and asked if I needed some for my room. Cant fault it here would recommend to anyone. Thank god for the service here as had a awful experience at the other one.

  They just did everything right

  The minute I walked through the doors the building smelt clean and fresh! The one way system and screens look a bit weird, but we had the same amazing service you would ever expect from one of these chains! We kinda forgot they were there for a second. we were dreading the fact we were in the older side but youd never tell, the room was spotless! Just what you want atm. It smelt clean and fresh. We wanted some teas and coffees, we called reception they left it at the door sealed in a bag, knocked and stepped back, the way this team have adapted was amazing and I wont hesitate using premier inn again if they are all like this. We were understandably worried about using any hotel but it felt just as clean as our own home. Walking out in the morning and seeing the manager cleaning all the door handles and stairs, he seen us apologised asked us to wait a second, he opened a door walked in and apologised and wished us a great day. From start to finish it was just lovely! Thank you.

  Well run hotel, looked after very well by Lance

  You know what you are getting at Premier Inn, so the people make all the difference. Lance welcomed us just this weekend, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and helped us keep our motorbikes safe as well as give us good information on the local area, all while observing all the COVID guidelines.   I stayed here on the 1st of December 2020 and was greeted by Jon and his team, the hotel was spotless and my room lovely, I had a small issue with the door lock and it was fixed straight away, really nice people and a friendly atmosphere I will stay here again
