  "Our Home from Home in Birmingham"

  We stayed once again at Hall Green....first time since "Lockdown" and it has not changed....comfortable rooms and friendly and helpful staff and reasonable prices.....close to family home just a few minutes away, so very convenient. Key staff were retained full time over the period of closure for security and safety reasons. We stayed 3 nights this time. Breakfast currently more limited re the restrictions, so not the usual range of options but still adequate.

  1 night stay

  Room as always very good, clean and presentable. Covid measures in place. Hotel very quiet, seemed very few quests. Only comment, when booking breakfast it has "Toby carvery" showing when actually the breakfast is in house,.

  Comfortable stay

  Stayed for 1 night due to a lovely g trip. Hotel very clean and covid friendly. Hand sanitizer everywhere. Reception staff very friendly. Room tidy and clean. Breakfast plentiful which is served to you due to covid. Would defo stay again.

  Excellent service

  We came to Premier inn Hall Green and a lovely lady named brook was helpful throughout our stay. We have stayed at many places over the last few weeks and after the service we received from this one individual we pay more to come here. Considering we are all in the current situation with the pandemic, nothing stops good customer service. She is a massive credit to Premier inn hotels and very accommodating. Once again thank you brook.

  Excellent customer service

  A lovely young lady named Brooke is always helpful, always smiling no matter what. Myself and my partner have come a few times now to this Premier inn and mainly because of the service we get from Brooke. I have noticed she works nights and for someone being on a night shift and being Jolly at all times is amazing. Most of the times we get fobbed off by staff, but she always goes that extra mile with her service and is so wonderful. We order food most nights and the takeaways dont provide any cutlery and Brooke always gives us plastic cutlery wrapped in plastic wrappers. Love the fact she follows all the guidelines at the same time for covid 19 and makes us feel safe coming to the hotel. We wouldnt go anywhere else and we have come and stayed a few times already in the week because of her. Cant thank her enough and she is so much credit to the company.
