  Great clean hotel very friendly staff well kept and maintained building fantastic having beefeater joined to them lovely breakfast and evening meal wish the side door to beefeater was open we had to walk out in the pouring rain that was the only downfall great big car park lots of space no problem parking this was our first visit to your premier inn and it was fantastic great value for money definitely will book more

  Very clean and comfortable

  The only complaint I have, is someone slamming doors in the night, I guess this happens in hotels, due to fire doors, but it would be nice to have some sort of buffer. The parking is free for guests and there's plenty of space. The beefeater is next door and the meal deal was well worth it. Staff were friendly, especially the new guy on reception. Couldn't fault the cleanliness, not dirt, fluff or anything to be found anywhere in my room. I was nervous about staying due to covid19, but I was very impressed with what I saw.

  Premier lives up to its name

  You know exactly what you are getting with a premier inn- a spotless room no frills service but great value all round - couldnt fault it, great sized rooms, efficient check in- keep doing what your doing.

  Wouldnt recommend

  The room was OK but the wifi did mot work, There were next to no anti covid precautions. No hand gel in the public areas just a lip service type card in the room. Receptionist was friendly but uninterested in helping me as my reservation was not properly processed by Premier Inn. Despite having proof my dinner was to be billed to my company she did not want to help. The hotel manager is equally uninterested to help.. A decent place to stay, just badly run. There are plenty of more welcoming hotels on Hagley Road and I could not recommend a place where they clearly don't care.

  Overnight stay

  Stayed just before second lockdown. Receptionist was helpful and got us two extra pillows. Room looked like it was in need of work. The bedside table had been ripped out and a table put there but it looked unsightly. Good nights sleep.
