  Great service and Friendly staff.

  I am currently staying in the Premier Inn in Birmingham. A quality room and brilliant services. Especially during the Covid situation they have adapted very well. Great staff, friendly and welcoming. A big thank you to Dav and Tia. Look forward to the next visit,

  Fantastic stay

  We had a fantastic time, checking in was done in minutes, room was clean and warm. Breakfast was well done and organised and my children that normally would not have breakfast loved every minute of it.

  2 night stay 27/28 sept

  A friendly young lady checked us in explained all the Covid safety rules and carpark Breakfast ect. Room was immaculate clean and comfortable. Asked for a second chair which was brought immediately. Breakfast was served at our table and was gorgeous. Seen several changes of staff all was very friendly and helpful. Made our stay. Well done Premier Inn you don't disappoint

  average hotel for a night in

  my family stayed for a night on our way back to Manchester from holiday. it wasn't that special. it was average with a comfy bed and a cosy bath for me to have a lie down in. there was also some tea bags, a few cups, some sugar and a biscuit for a good morning brew.
