  Great

  Great breakfast, very friendly staff and about only place open in Poltava for breakfast, prices are good for buffet breakfast. Good coffee. also dinner menu looks good. I sadly didnt stay at hotel maybe next time.

  Very good

  My first time in Poltava. This hotel could be the best in Poltava, however, I am sorry, I cant say it is excellent. The breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean and spacious. It is an old building and the design reminds about the province in Russian Empire. The beds are comfortable. However, the pressure in the shower was not sufficient. I didnt like the carpet on the floor.

  It was the best hotel for a business trip

  I would never imagine there could be a hotel like that in Poltava. It was almost perfect! Almost..because the Internet was rather slow and weak, which created some problems. My room was spacious and light - with a balcony and three windows - unimaginable:)) A big bathroom with a balcony is a wish for every girl. Breakfast is fine, you will never be hungry. The restaurant itself is rather pricey for everyday use, but there are dozens of other places in the vicinity - just go out. The staff was nice and pleasant. The parrot added some fun to the general impression. I would like to go there again.

  Trashed again !

  Amazing that I keep trying ! So I check in this hotel. 5 stars, no problem even had a bag guy help me with luggage ! In Ukraine wow ! So im good..Get to the room, wow ! Panoramic view as advertised ! Free coffee and tea believe it or not ! Bathroom a bit small, but fine. Nice furnishings, Double Bed a bit tacky but ok, they advertised Double Bed, Balconys not big enough for a table and/or chairs but again, as advertised they had one. In Ukraine ! As advertised. SO im still good.. Go to the retstaurant and now im in dis-belief ! Service, excellent and im a tough reviewer, I know..Food 4 stars. They actually let the chef be creative and he/she has done a wonderful job. All priced fairly. Very interesting deserts, high quality coffee and again, 4 stars. The ingredients to give 5 stars are just not available in Ukraine so its not possible.. Anyway, im very good now ! So I tell my better half we will stay another night and she proceeded to book massages etc and I myself was really looking forward to the Sauna, and a decent breakfast ! We get to the buffet, and DAM ! The same stuff as all the hotels in Ukraine but more of it !! So we eat this junk, they didnt have the good coffee at the buffet, they switched us to the machine made instant variety and so overall a 2 ! We get back to the room, I go to the balcony to smoke ( I totally observe the no smoking inside the rooms rule and thats why I book balcony's in the first place ) and this lady calls and addresses herself as the manager and that there is no smoking on the balcony's !!!! Hahahahaha.. Im shocked ! My lady is shocked and she's Ukrainian !! hahahaha..SO I tell this lady she is stupid, and everything else I could think of and we abruptly checked out ! FOOOOOOOOO !!! When we were leaving the room the nice front desk manager came up with the housekeeper and I told him check the mini bar and make sure we didnt steal anything , look good now... hahahaha.. I cant believe they do this.. Then when we were leaving the front desk dum lady told me two more times while I was leaving that I smoked on the balcony, my reply was shut up, I can hear..But in the end, there are 100's of hotels in Ukraine and I have yet to find one throroughly 5 star. I thought I did, but dam !! One stupid lady cost these owners several hundred dollars we were prepared to spend, but hey,, Its Ukraine !!! hahaha...

  A trully wonderful stay, as always

  We visited the hotel again in march 2020, just before COVID-19. I've got the room with panoramic view at the 1st floor. The room was large, clean and had a bathtub, as per my request. Breakfast was very rich, as always, with coffee from coffee machine (i really don't like instant coffee). Staff was very friendly. All of us (business visit of 6 men) was very happy about the stay. This is our "first choice" of hotel in Poltava.
