  Superb

  My wife and I were fortunate enough to spend a night in one of the apartments in this great hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt a little special! The check in was easy, and informative and the staff were very pleasant and cheerful. Our room was nothing short of exceptional. Clean, tidy and very spacious with all the amenities you would expect from a 5* hotel! We were fortunate enough to have an apartment on the top floor, with French doors leading out to a large patio, with stunning views of the city! Would recommend the small charge for the secure car parking on site. Certainly would stay here again when we are in the area, or even any of their many locations across the country or indeed abroad, if the same standard is the norm!

  Could be much better

  Far too noisy, with most of the noise coming from other tenants of the Premier Suites. Far, far too hot. Not overly-clean. Pile of soiled bedlinen and towels left by lift throughout our four-day stay.

  Absolute chaos

  Visited here as part of a party of 22. Original booking for 1 and 2 bed apartments messed up and ended up with only 1 bedrooms scattered throughout the building. The apartments themselves were mainly clean and tidy no real issues with them. However the corridors throughout the building smelt so strongly of cooking it made you feel nauseous. It's obvious that people are being housed in there on the floor we were on (number 4) there was children running up and down all day long going in and out of various rooms. While I appreciate they need to live somewhere the owners really need to place them all together in 1 area or stop renting out to short stay. It really was a very unpleasant experience which I would not want to repeat again!!

  Mixed bag

  Well I'll give the positives first. Staff lovely, apartment well appointed and clean. My apartment was quiet but some areas of the hotel were noisy so I was lucky on that front. Not so good points. The lounge area of my apartment stank of pot. It was so strong even when I left the windows open all day. It was like being a student again. The hallways smelt really strongly of food which was again overpowering. The weirdest thing was that on. The second evening there was drilling and hammering going on outside my apartment. I was too much of a scaredy cat to investigate but bearing in mind the place wasn't staffed overnight I was pretty freaked out. Would I stay there again? Probably not as its not the ideal place for a lone female traveller. The company website makes lofty claims about their policy of supporting female travellers but these are not really put into practice. All in all a mixed bag

  Well where do I start It is security door accessed by a code There is off road parking behind closed gates code again The staff here are always polite and well dressed and will do anything in their power to make sure your stay is as perfect as it can be Housekeeping and maintenance are here to meet all the needs that are needed to maintain a safe and clean environment for all the guests and staff it is clean and tidy and lift or stairs to every floor The apartment itself is well decorated and equipped for a nice stay you get a super king bed wardrobe and bedside cabinets with a lamp and spotlights on the ceiling and a safe in the wardrobe The bathroom is a bath with shower over head toilet sink mirror heated towel rail The living room is fully furnished and would accommodate 2 in a double very comfortable but they also supply a single bed if needed or a travel cot the kitchen is joined to the living room and you get everything washer/dyer microwave oven and hob fridge/freezer and 4 of everything no oven trays tho you do get your grill pan and saucepans Utility cupboard desktop fan iron ironing board dustpan and brush and sweeing brush some have a mop and bucket some don't It is in a great location right by China Town bullring and market If ever I come to stay in Birmingham again I will definitely 100% book again and usually there is a 24hr spar shop below but covid 19 it opens 7am till 12 midnight bit pricy but its it what is is there is also a tesco and all night life around you so outside can get a bit noisy but if your patio doors and windows are shut you Don't hear anything so goodnight sleep
