  Just Average

  The hotel is average in every aspect. The rooms are big and clean. There is no elevator so if you need to carry a lot of baggage, try to opt for a room on the lower floors. The hotel is small and there is not often visited so it tends to be on the quiet side. A bit far from the city center if you are on foot. It doesn't offer anything besides accommodation and a poor equipped bar. I can recommend this hotel only if you are just passing through Sibiu and need a place to rest over night. The Hotel doesn't have a parking area. The parking places around the hotel are scarce.

  avoid if you are a sensitive person

  we stayed there one night - as in previous comments, the host is "crazy" - at arrival we saw like a bunch of people leaving because of different problems, unsatisfied he wanted to make an upgrade to one of our room - didn't told us the price difference only when we occupied the new room, he had a problem how is that a women wants to sleep in the same bed with a man!!! what???? the rooms are acceptable (if you resist the street noise and limited bathroom), breakfast is awful - better not to have any. for this money one can find at Sibiu much much better hotels.

  Very nice hotel, staff is great

  We arrived at 22:00 after leaving another hotel for only one night. The staff was great it was late and they help us a lot. They even ordered pizza for the kids and brought it to the room. The breakfast was great.

  Avoid

  This hotel is horrible. With so many option to choose from in Sibiu, better go somewhere else. I am not the type to have high expectation no matter where I stay. But this is horrible. I do not recommend this place at all. The owner is someone you dont want to meet at all.

  Worst host ever!!!!

  We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, as family. We had booked an apartment for 4 persons, paid for it and when we got there, the so called owner yelled at us saying that it is not possible to have the "penthouse" for the price we had paid. The so called luxury penthouse was more like a Red Light District apartment with torn and stained carpet, broken glass at the shower cabin, bathroom door handle broken, mould on the terrace, etc. One morning at breakfast I found one hair under the omlette. More, one day when we came earlier than usual at the hotel, our "luxury penthouse" was being used as a laundry room. We had to find the maid and ask her to clear the room. The owner, all this time treated us like some inferior human beings, being VERY VERY rude, impolite and having no common sense. Avoid this hotel if possible!
