    Passport and goods stolen

    This was the worst trip I have ever been on. 1st night out our belonging were burgled from the apartment. No forced entry, so some one had a key! previous to this when we came to check in the rooms were not ready. the place was dirty. my passport, iPad, beats headphones, cash all stolen. I had to miss flight home on Sunday as the embassy is not open till Monday for emergency passport apps. extra night stay and food bills had to book additional flight to be allowed the temp passport. do not use 'chillisauce' to book a stag do.

    Te dan las llaves en otro lugar y no te lo avisan previamente!!!

    Los departamentos están muy bien ubicados y son espaciosos. Tienen una cocina completa y wi fi. El problema es que uno llega a la dirección y se encuentra que no hay nadie que te reciba y un pequeño cartel indica que las llaves se retiran en un hotel que está a 20 cuadras. Por otra parte a los departamentos les falta mantenimiento. Me cobraron un deposito de 200 euros que me devolvieron luego de 10 días y reclamos vía mail, que nunca respondieron. No volvería.

    Very central

    Stayed here recently a group of nine. These are nice apartments, they are very central and located very close to public transport, they are basic but the price and location make these apartments great esp for a larger group.

    Location is fantastic

    The location of these apartments is perfect. Only a 10 minute walk from Old Town and 2 minutes to a metro station, shopping centre and supermarket. We had to pick the keys up from a different hotel which wasnt much of a problem as we were aware of this before hand. Check in was easy and we were allowed to go to our apartment earlier than the allotted check in time. However, the apartments themselves are a little dated and could do with some tlc. The beds werent particularly comfortable and there were places where the paint work needed topping up. The biggest issue we had was the walls are paper thin. We could hear almost word for word what the group in the apartment opposite were saying. Not only that but the apartments seemed to have a built in door bell system which meant our doorbell was constantly being rung at 2am-3am in the morning by the drunk stag do who were staying in the room opposite (of course not the fault of the company) but the doorbell being connected to the phone made it difficult to stop the issue. In the end we had to hang the phone off the hook to stop the doorbell from ringing which meant we were able to get some sleep for the last night at least. Overall, its a good place to stay in terms of location and if you only need a place to rest your head for the night I would recommend. For the price you pay its good value.

    Girls weekend

    I had a girls weekend here last year, the apartments were central, and near by many landmarks. They were clean and had basic essentials. Staff could have been a bit friendlier, but probably would return in the future due to location.
