  This place was still under renovations!

  This place was still under renovations when we checked in. We got in late little past 7.00pm and the manger waited for us. We were given a chalet, which did not have hot water and the cistern in the toilet did not work. The office was not manned overnight. The next morning, the manager came and insisted we had breakfast before we left and he explained that they are still under renovation after taking over the management of the place. I guess this place can be a nice place when completed.... Will give it the benefit of a doubt but my take is that they should not sell thus place here prior completing renovations catching us unawares....

  In Thai (Premium Flex) 3 ( 1 ) "" Walk-in (Premium Flex) In English From my opinion, There is no charge for a reservation prior to arrival, regardless of the booking rules. My family bookings are available at more affordable rates (Premium Flex) for the convenience of cancellation prior to arrival. Before about 3 months (which rule will be charged Must be in the period of approximately 1 month prior to the due date), which is not yet due to be paid for any accommodation. They call to get all the money for a reason that "There are a lot of other customers waiting to booking in the system." This shows that the booking does not mean anything. They see only the benefits as will take from customer, without any standard reference. In order to receive the customer's stay, Walk-in first, if the total amount of money is collected. Accommodation will be charged by the number of reservations. The price is more expensive than normal around 30% (Premium Flex vs. Normal), which is not fair and it's a very selfish act.

  This is a ghost house, DO NOT stay here

  Bed sheet is ripped, towers are dirty, door can not be closed (the lock keeps unlock itself), the place is hunted, and on arrival, there's no reception, the whole place is complete dark, only 1 street light, we waited 25min for someone who can not speak English. Do not come here.

  Never any more!!!

  When we arrive, no front office, the gardener shows us our room. The swimming pool was dirty, I had to clean it by myself. This hotel is an horror movies studio!! Nobody's there, it seems that the owner doesn't want to take care this place, maybe dirty money. No guardians, no restaurant, only ghosts... But wonderful: cute little dogs and cats welcome us. The best of this hotel!
