  TCH restaurant

  I have eaten here several times and usually have good food and service today was exception it was not overly busy, the waitress was too concerned with receipts rather than to check on weather our food was ready we sat there for at least 25 min before breakfast eggs and bacon, after receiving you can tell it had been sitting under heat lamp for awhile the waitress didnt check on us at all we ordered homefries and we got French fries, bacon was dried out. Not impressednormally good food and good service but not this time I hope this is not habit

  not great

  Upon checking into our room we found staff using our bathroom, which was not a great welcome. Because of the smell and for hygene reasons we were given a new room, which however had urine stains on the toilet seat. There are no safes in the rooms so you have to take your valuables with you. Corridors are filled with stains and smell. The "continental breakfast" buffet includes cold omlettes, which you are free to microwave yourself. Bread is not even taken out of plastic bags and the overall quality of the breakfast is unsatisfying. The concierge is however extremly kind and helpful and if you are just looking for a place to sleep the hotel should be ok. Nonetheless some more cleanliness should be the standard and I would advise to look for another place before going here.

  Not impressed

  We had some issues with our group reservation when some staff wasnt even aware that there was a group, after I communicated with the hotel multiple times to make sure of that. After sending an email to the hotel with my feedback, I have never received any answer or explanation from the management. I consider that as a very poor customer service and a poor appreciation of us promoting their hotel to our friends and family. Its disappointing.

  Great choice

  The lady that checked us in that night was awesome. Super friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the restaurant had a decent breakfast. I would definitely stay here again for sure.

  All was good on a stormy night

  Great rate. In middle of town. Ferries were cancelled. Power had gone out a couple of times due to storm. Front desk were welcoming and took my needs into account. As said found nothing wrong in the room at all, and I used to travel a lot before covid. Breakfast was great all in compliance with Covid. Again front desk were helpful at checkout. It was a satisfying stay when all I wanted to do was get out of the crazy weather and rest.
