  Exotic birds locked in cases are so oldfashion!! Bad bad swimming pool view!

  The crew is very nice and care well about the customers but the place needs upgrade their breakfast eggs are often cold and mil as well. Also bread and cakes look old. Beside any problem the fact to have a couple of exotic birds locked in a case in front of receptor and swimming pool is very sad and depressing... :(

  Different from the pictures

  The pictures on their website is a lie, when we first arrive we could see how old fashion the place is and the swimming pool is not a good maintenance, the staff called Antonio in the reception can not say you a word like " good morning " because he is so busy using the internet for social media, its was the begin of a very bad stay. The cot they said my daughter could sleep in was a rubbish, lots of hair and dirty things in the bedding and the smell was terrible in the bedroom, and this guy Antonio saw we had a baby 3 months just sent us to a second floor without lifts. This place is a total lie and the breakfast is terrible, dirty things smelling and tasting off. I wil never recommend this terrible place. The wifi doesnt work, only in the reception.
