  Good stay in a quiet atmosphere. Good service, good food, very good Spa. The surroundings in Nauders is breathtaking. Plenty of good hiking trails. A drawback that all written information was in German... I leave with good memories and a good feeling in my muscles.

  Worst service and attitude ever!

  We were 5 families with totally 9 children in the age between 8 - 15. So all together we were 19 persons. We all have overall okay rooms and the hotel it self have most of everything you need! But and I rally mean BUT! The attitude and the service is terrible and we will never ever return! This was our second stay at the same time of the year! The first evening when we had our dinner the owner who obviously hate children came up and told us that we were to loud! We didnt talk any louder then any other guest at the restaurant. Our company was just happy for our vacation and we were 19 persons just talking to each other in Swedish! Maybe it was just because of that we didnt speak German???? The third day when we came back from the slopes we all met up at our balcony at 3pm and had a beer and talked and had a good time to 5 pm! Not loud! no shouting! no drinking party! Just a nice meeting with our fringes In Daylight, in the sun at our hotel rooms balcony. Just for two hours. That was not okay from the rude man who owns the hotel! You really dont feel welcome at this hotel when you are traveling with children! And also if you dont speak German! The service in the bar is just dead! There is none! The staff (except Isabelle in the front desk) is ignorant and rude! We gave this hotel an other chance this year but it got 10 times worse! Dont spend your days or your money at this place!

  Pushed out of room

  Having stayed here 3 nights so that we could do shopping trips up to Samnaun, and on last day we got up early took trip up there returning around 9:45 to get the remainder of our bags from room. House cleaning staff were in room and had stripped beds and were cleaning our bathroom. We had no chance even to use the bathroom before starting next part of our trip and we felt we were being thrown out. The room was not that great and the drains smelt bad. This was first time stay in this hotel and will be last. Not good experience.

  Excellent, very good price

  I was impressed by the staff at Hotel Post. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. It all started when I first asked for more information and discussed the price, the condition, etc. The reception was very flexible and did their best to find the best solution. We were allowed to check in early on Sunday morning, just after the breakfast had finished as we arrived very early and thought we'd try to see if they had an available room already. The hotel has the atmosphere of a family owned and run Austrian, Alpine hotel. Food was different every single night (we spent two weeks here). Breakfast was well organised with enough choice. The spa is big and new, with nice facilities. The garden offers a good place to relax, read and catch some sun. The pool is is good condition too. Overal a positive experience, excellent hotel for a fair price.

  Excellent stay

  We spent 5 nights in this hotel and we were very satisfied.Room was clean with beautiful view to the mountains,staff was very pleasant and friendly.We have a half board and meal was really very tasteful.Rich breakfast, snack after skiing and 5 course evening menu. Hotel has a friendly atmosphere and spa was nice.Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam, infra sauna or pleasant swimming pool everything was absolutely perfect after all day skiing. Skiroom was guard by special card even an entry from parking. Skibus stop is right at the hotel, so you need not use your own car to reach Bergkastel cableway. Really pleasant stay.
